If you're needing to visit urgent care for any reason, this is not the one you want to visit. The…read moreperson at the front desk is rude and condescending. Due to her attitude alone I'd rather drive 40 minutes out of the way to avoid having to deal with her. She seems miserable therefore she's intent on making others feel the same. My goal is to never return to this location.

Not a place where you will find quality or caring people…read more First of all, the lobby is usually disgusting. Sticky floors etc. Second, I visited when there were no Drs present. Two ladies who were obviously not confident stand-ins for a Dr or NP pretended they were. I got my antibiotics and left. Third, an NP did not check my antibiotics before sending me a azythromycin, which I already had. My prescription was delayed by 24 hours because of this. I had to go back and tell them "give me something else." Fourth, I ran into a woman at the front desk who had a bad attitude and was intent on treating me as if I did not belong. Quippy, antsy to get back on the phone to gossip, feigning ignorance when I told her what I needed. She finally got me to walk out without being seen by enforcing a rule that was not enforced the year before. "I've been working here 5 years, I can guarantee corporate requires this". This was definitely a lie, considering the building has been there less than 2 years as of 2026. I will be visiting *cleaner* urgent care facilities after this encounter.

I will NEVER go back to this office and will NEVER recommend it. I left and bawled my eyes out in…read morethe car the entire way to work because of Dr. Donohue. This was the first time I had seen the actual doctor. When the resident tried to update her in the hall, she was loudly complaining about me and didn't even let the resident get through with all of my updates and issues. She came in and was nice but abrasive then went back in the hall and complained about me some more really loudly. I feel like HIPAA was breached, and I felt mortified because I know I wasn't the only patient who could hear her. I wanted to leave right then, and I did apologize to her if I did something wrong, but she still complained about me. I felt totally disrespected and discouraged in updating my primary care doctor with my health concerns (isn't that their job???). People need to be aware of the degradation and violation of privacy I felt in that visit. I don't want anyone to feel the same way I did. I'm a strong person, and this really, really upset me. Also, because she didn't listen to the resident or me, she told me my back pain was a "new" issue (I've had back issues for 20 years but it's been exacerbated because I moved) and didn't need a specialist. She was accusing me of "dog paddling" multiple times when I was just updating them on what was and wasn't helping and updating my primary care on my health. I didn't notify them beforehand because the exacerbation occurred a couple of weeks before, and I figured I would tell them at my appointment and try to treat it to get it healed with resting it and taking ibuprofen. I'm not looking for medicine. I just want to know what's wrong with it. I also started feeling sick this weekend as well and was just letting them know because their questionnaire asks about recent symptoms. It's making me cry just typing this and reliving it. She was also telling the resident to not listen to "dog paddling", and it's really discouraging to hear someone training the next generation of doctors to be anything like her because I really appreciated him. Such a shame.

I love Dr. Donohue! Everything is quick and easy. She's personable and it's easy to communicate…read morewith the staff when I need my prescription refilled or have any questions
