Life-Changing Representation After My Motorcycle Accident…read more I can't say enough good things about attorneys David Chonin and Brian Breiter. I was riding my motorcycle on Alton Road in Miami Beach on my way to work when a Bobcat tractor suddenly turned into me, leaving me with a broken leg and a long road to recovery. It was a terrifying, painful experience but David and Brian made sure I never faced it alone. David Chonin came to the hospital to meet me personally something I'll never forget. From that first moment, I knew I was in the hands of people who genuinely cared. Throughout the entire legal process, David was always available to answer my questions, no matter how small or complex. He kept me informed, reassured, and focused when things felt overwhelming. I chose the Law Offices of Brian Breiter because they are experienced trial lawyers that are not afraid to try cases. The insurance companies know this. Brian and David worked tirelessly on my case, preparing the case for trial. On the eve of trial, they secured a settlement far beyond what I ever expected. Their dedication, legal expertise, and strategic approach made all the difference. If you're injured and don't know where to turn, I wholeheartedly recommend this team. They're not just great lawyers they're compassionate advocates who will fight for you like family. Thank you, David and Brian, for everything.

Kudos to Mr. Breiter and his efficient staff!

I was reaching out for someone with a complex case. They don't have an active ticket, but needed a…read moretraffic defense lawyer to help them and was willing to pay a retainer to get their legal advice on obtaining their license back after a multi state mixup. The person who answered was great, however the attorney who emailed back was extremely short. "Hi, the case appears closed. You need to contact the court directly." When asking which court to contact; considering this is two states and two courts, explaining they have contacted the courts directly, and the DMV all giving different information, there was no response back. I did email with questions twice after the initial response with no communication back. It would have come off better for the attorney to state point blank he could not help, didn't want to help etc. I even asked if this is something he didn't take care of (even though there is a whole tab for license suspension on the website) If he could refer me to someone who could help. No response. In looking for law advice many prefer someone to the point. I ended up calling another firm local to me, this attorney with 20+ years experience told me point blank "this is going to be an absolute headache and it's already a mess, not a case I would like to take due to the headaches to come, but this person needs legal help, that is my job, and what I am good at" 2000.00$ retainer later and within just a few weeks, the case is almost wrapped up and license will be reinstated. After reading all the prior reviews I was really hoping this firm could help. The lawyer seems experienced and has a huge social media presence, but communication is key. *****Editing to add after the owner response***** 1. This is not my case 2. As stated in the emails, Florida suspended his license years after a ticket in another state that has been satisfied. He's registered a vehicle in Florida, and cant renew the tags because of the suspension. 3. If I were communicated with in regards to only being licensed in Florida, I still would have questioned that response because the state that has issued the suspension is Florida. 4. The only response I received to my entire inquiry and request for help is attached. 5. The attorney that took his case is only registered in Florida.

I brought my life partner with me because the decision I would need to make would effect me for a long time. Tim sat down with us in his office and demonstrated his skills as a good listener and told me the strategy that was needed to solve my situation. At first I didn't like his honesty then after thinking it over, I realized he was right, and I needed to solve this. As a New Yorker I appreciated his straight talk and I knew his suggestion was the right move so I hired his law firm. So, what took me so long to write this review you might ask, well! It is because I sent Tim an email this morning about a question I had in regards to my credit report. My credit score said on all three reports 775, I couldn't believe that score and wanted to once again ask Tim, why, why would I have such a great score before 10 years. I am going to take liberty and quote his email "Because this is America and you get to start your life over" The guy still answers emails from old clients. I don't personally know him since I live up in Fort Lauderdale, all I know of him when I needed a lawyer with specialities for my situation I asked around and his Law firm was mentioned more then twice that is why I ended up hiring his firm in Coral Gables when I lived so far away. Do what you want with this information and testimonial, but certain things in life you got to not go on the cheap, you need to hire the best. Tim for me was the best move I have made for my situation. I have no regrets, I am glad the past is the past and to know he is right. This is America and we get to have a fresh start.

Disappointing overall experience with this firm. Communication was inconsistent, and I did not feel…read morerespected or properly supported throughout the process. It often felt like the priority was billing rather than delivering competent legal representation. Important aspects of my case were not handled correctly, which made me question their professionalism. My Chapter 7 case dragged on for nearly a year, which I believe was the result of poor representation and lack of proper case management. I recommend others proceed with caution and consider alternative firms.

Sometimes it may only take a phone call from Mr. Dobkin, and that's what he did. He called my serve advisor and left a message in a non-intimidating tone; I believe it helped me receive a more detailed invoice about my 2022 vehicle repair. The Hyundai dealer had my vehicle for over a month; this was the second time for the same issue. In the past, I've reached out to other attorneys in unrelated matters where I thought a simple call would resolve the situation, but I was given instructions on what to do and unfortunately my efforts were not effective. Therefore, Mr. Dobkin's quick decision to call the service advisor was appreciated very much but was certainly unexpected. I felt like he sincerely cared about my situation. Mr. Dobkin's staff also made me feel like they cared. Although short, the conversations never felt rushed. I believe Mr. Dobkin sincerely cares about people and believe he will be rewarded for his efforts.

I had the great fortune of finding Mr. Anthony Murphy, Esq., to manage my defense with respect to a…read moresmall claims court case I had with a neighbor who was angered because of the trimming of his trees that came over onto my property posing a safety threat. Mr. Murphy put things into perspective for me from the very first meeting I had with him and he immediately put into place a strategy and motion for dismissal based upon the lack of "damage" definition with respect to "property destruction" the plaintiff stated in his lawsuit filing. Inexplicably, the motion was not ruled on by the judge, who preferred to wait until the scheduled trial date for making her decision. Mr. Murphy was dedicated to winning the case for me, and attended several hearings called by the judge, as well as a rescheduling of the trial a total of 3 times dragging out the original trial date 6 months. During this time, Mr. Murphy put together a motion for "Summary for Disposition" outlining the defense with evidence and facts in order that the case be dismissed without going to trial. He urged the judge twice to make a judgement on the disposition and she finally relented, and ruled to dismiss the case. It was Mr. Murphy's excellent guidance through this rather frustrating time of having to deal with an unruly Plaintiff, and questionable judgement from a judge not to consider pre-trial motions for dismissal, which eventually won out in the end. I cannot thank Mr. Murphy enough nor recommend him enough to others needing a legal professional to help them in an array of the different legal services he provides. In fact, I was impressed with Mr. Murphy's legal professionalism due to Mr. Murphy's well written legal documents, responsiveness, and determination.
