I was surprised that I found him to be unfriendly, didn't listen and kept cutting me off. He did not give me the chance to FULLY EXPLAIN what it was that I was trying to do. He let me speak yet cut me off and jumped to his conclusion which turned me off. Why? Maybe because he was wrong, I was trying to explain that I was talking about a different scenario. He didn't ask questions or give me the chance to clearly explain myself so he could understand me all because he was rushing me off the phone.
