He completely failed to do the primary job he was hired for: he never filed the probate lawsuit against the opposing parties. Instead of aggressively litigating my case, he sent communications to opposing counsel containing massive factual errors regarding the financial value of my claims, and he did so without allowing me to review or approve the message first.
