We got a warm welcome, spotless shoes, ample space and delicious pizza - it was more than adequately cheesy, salty, crispy and greasy. The whole time we watched some real pros send the ball with total accuracy off to the side. Their backs were strong. After being trounced I got my revenge in a round of shuffleboard. We tried Dave & Busters (Livonia) and that was just... deeply terrible. Perfect Game is everything we wanted and more! On first glance, it's a bowling alley. But it's so so clean. The upkeep is great. Rental shoes are all in great condition. Bowling balls are cleaned and organized by weight. The lanes are well-maintained. Off to the side is an arcade. It's not the biggest arcade we'd ever been to, but *every* machine worked and was clean. Did I mention how clean this place was? And the prize area was small but well stocked with lots of fun things to trade in your tickets for. Lastly, there's a laser tag area tucked into the back of the arcade, but I can't give any insight into it since we didn't try it. But I can assure you that if it's as well-maintained as the rest of this facility, we're already making plans to come back and try the laser tag out another time. As for the food? It's a little pricey in my opinion, but it's where they're making their bottom dollar. No outside food or beverage is allowed, but the food they serve is pretty good and reliable. I can't complain too much, and the bartender we chatted with was warm and friendly. I'm almost hesitant to write this 5-star review, mostly because I don't want the word to get out overcrowd this gem of a place, but all good businesses need our support. If you're not wanting to spend top dollar for your kids party, then this would be a good option. The kids had a blast, the staff was polite & overall we were pleased with the day. However, here are a few warnings... They are clearly understaffed. You, as the host, will be facilitating all aspects of your party. Do not expect any customer service beyond the bare minimum. They said they would call 3 days before the party to confirm head count & menu, they never called. I called all day 2 days prior, finally made one last call before heading there in person & they finally answered. During the party, I had to basically take care of everything. Never once did anyone come and ask if we needed anything. I had to walk away from our party, find an available staff member (which usually ment waiting in a line) & ask for them for every single thing. To bring pitchers of drinks (if refills were needed I had to go to the bar & get them refilled myself), the food was late coming out so I had to go find a person to bring out the food (it had clearly been sitting in the back, it was barely warm), etc. Do not expect to be sitting and enjoying your kids during their party or socializing with guests very much, you will be making sure everything is being handled & walking around looking for staff or waiting in line. I will say, all of my interactions with staff were polite and positive. They are handling the chaos of the place very well. At the end of the day, it was nice to not have to clean up or have a party at our home, but I don't feel I was able to really enjoy my guests or experience the party with my kids because I was running around making sure everything was being taken care of.
