A vaporizer will not work without one.) Alas, after having been surviving on the kindness of said relation, the day dawned upon which it became necessary to make a first visit to an actual Vape Store. With some trepidation, I cruised past several in my part of town, eliminating each due to darkness, visible clientele, or a host of imagined conditions within & without. Eventually, I found myself on familiar turf in what passes as downtown Hixson. I had no idea of what to expect. Actually, I anticipated either a) A store filled with sullen, hep-cat-goth-children of darkness, or b) Something akin to a late 60's "head shop". What I found was a pleasantly appointed store filled with all types of what I can only describe as 'vape-gadgets' and accessories, overseen by a knowledgable fellow who put me at ease straight-away. His opening comment regarding my novice state, "Hey, we all were or are new in this community," really set the tone. He patiently explained the various flavours, scents, and attributes of the array of juices in my requested range. And mixed the product while I waited! No goth-children or ageing hippies, however I think all would be welcome and at-ease at this friendly, well-maintained business.

They are the only shop in Chattanooga that have seriously talented technicians; ALWAYS able to fix any issues I have had with my devices. They have a HUGE variety of both devices and juice.. This place is a gem in a city like East Ridge. I've been going there for a while now and they have…read moreimpressed me on almost every level. First off, the atmosphere is phenomenal. It has a steampunk meets comic book theme going for it which comes off charming and intriguing at the same time. "Is that a 1/3rd scale Darth Vader figure up there on the wall holding an E-Cigarrette? My god it is." The theme transfers over into their house juice. With brand names like "Zombie Dung" and "Pirate" the skeptical interest pays off. They manage to make rich tasting flavors that I don't get bored of no matter how long I try them for. (Captain Jack is a personal favorite.) Service can sometimes be a coin toss. The employees are ALL more than knowledgeable on just about anything you can throw at them. They know everything about anything that involves nicotine and batteries. Unfortunately this coupled with the amount of traffic this place gets (and possibly the fitted vests) can make some of them a bit intimidating. I can chock this up to "professionalism". Regardless, the general manager Nicole has always greeted me with a smile and that's something I can respect in the customer service industry. Along the same lines, I always see the owner, Steve, out there working with his staff and personally taking a hand in fixing pieces customers are having trouble with. All in all this place is well worth the visit. Prices are competitive and juice selection is wide and well worth abusing the testers they provide. Without fail, when a friend tells me they're attempting to quit cigarettes I will always send them VIntage's way.
