This place is a gem in a city like East Ridge. I've been going there for a while now and they have impressed me on almost every level. First off, the atmosphere is phenomenal. It has a steampunk meets comic book theme going for it which comes off charming and intriguing at the same time. "Is that a 1/3rd scale Darth Vader figure up there on the wall holding an E-Cigarrette? My god it is." The theme transfers over into their house juice. With brand names like "Zombie Dung" and "Pirate" the skeptical interest pays off. They manage to make rich tasting flavors that I don't get bored of no matter how long I try them for. (Captain Jack is a personal favorite.) Service can sometimes be a coin toss. The employees are ALL more than knowledgeable on just about anything you can throw at them. They know everything about anything that involves nicotine and batteries. Unfortunately this coupled with the amount of traffic this place gets (and possibly the fitted vests) can make some of them a bit intimidating. I can chock this up to "professionalism". Regardless, the general manager Nicole has always greeted me with a smile and that's something I can respect in the customer service industry. Along the same lines, I always see the owner, Steve, out there working with his staff and personally taking a hand in fixing pieces customers are having trouble with. All in all this place is well worth the visit. Prices are competitive and juice selection is wide and well worth abusing the testers they provide. Absolutley the worst customer service of any vape shop I've been to !!! Employees seem to be bothered by customers. Deep sigh and eye rolls proceed answers to any questions . Obviously annoyed to have web browsing interrupted. Will not return. Ever !!! read more

Fantastic shop and a great atmosphere. Large juice selection not to mention the house juice is amazing! Staff is very knowledgeable and welcoming. Was cool when it first opened, not a good vibe in store now, high prices on mods, there are better choices in area

I've been a customer here for more than a year, but will never be back. Their rewards record keeping system crashed (ok it happens but I had a lot of credit built up) and in order to make it right their salesman told me to come back in a week so he can discuss it with his manager and get me on the list for my free 120ml E juice. However, when I returned to claim it the manager said he had never heard of the salesman who made that promise, my name never appeared on "the list" this mysterious salesman said I would be on and that nothing would be given away free in the future. I used this store BC it was convenient to my home and I liked one of their flavors, but I've never been treated like a customer here, really just tolerated. I've since been treated like a real person at a new vape store in the area. There's no excuse for treating customers this way. With service like this, they won't last long. Good riddance! read more

They LOVE to impress you with their vast knowledge of acronyms and abbreviations related to e-cigs...Don't know the latest terms, abbreviations and acronyms?? THAT'S YOUR PROBLEM! During my few trips to Vintage Vapors, they were out of common items that should always be in stock... (tanks, atomizers etc). They tell you they will get more but when I checked back a week or so later, I got "Nope...still out..don't know when we will get them"...REALLY? Can you not see that you're running low on something and re-order BEFORE you run out completely?? Also, with online ordering and the magical power of the world wide web, you can't check and see when you might actually HAVE the product that you ran out of again???Employees seemed in a big hurry to get customers out of the store. Meanwhile, you have the same 2 or 3 cloud chasers sitting silent on the sofa looking like stoned zombies. Employees seem to be annoyed when you ask a simple question, almost as if they can't believe that you would ask something so stupid! It seems like there is a secret vaping club and if you aren't a member then, yes they will put up with you...just don't ask too many questions! I just wanted to buy some juice and an atomizer. I guess I interrupted them..I'm sorry. Not a very customer friendly, welcoming place, unless you are ine the cool hipster vaping club or taking one of their coil building classes. What they don't realize is that most people who use e-cigs are doing so to stop smoking cigarrettes. We don't have any interest in taking on a second job i.e. taking classes on how to do this or that...we simply want a simple reliable way to get our nicotine fix!! Yes, we are all impressed that you know the secret to exhaling the biggest cloud! The general attitude here seemed almost condescending. The employee I encountered acted like if you aren't building your own coils or don't have a huge car sized battery and vaping at 1000 watts then you are an amateur and they don't have the time to waste on you. Hint: If I'm going to spend my money with you, maybe the employees should act like I'm not a bother to them or interrupting them. I will spend my $25.00-$35.00 MONTHLY ON VAPING SUPPLIES elsewhere!! I know that's not a whole lot of money but it adds up and if you make enough people want to go elsewhere, that's money walking out the door. I think you either have to be a hipster, have gauges in your ears, many tatts, wear a vest or a driving cap to work there.
