Menu - While everyone had some kind of salad for a starter, I did not order but was intrigue with their selection of Anti-pasta, Veal, and Prosciutto. for Pasta, they have spaghetti with prawns, and Risotto and Lasagna. What drew me to the menu was the main courses. I narrowed down my decision to the Boiled Beef (Capello di prete di manzo) or the Veal Tripes (Trippa di Vitello). Since I had beef the night before, i decided to try the Veal Tripe as it was a local speciality. It was very, very good. The tripe was tender and cut into small pieces with white beans. A really nutritious meal and very tasty. The Boiled beef, or the Priest's Cap of beef is the shoulder muscle part that is great for putting in stews. Next time I come to this place, I am ordering this as it sounds wonderful. 3. More on the menu ... They also have rish, calamari, tuna and gulash on their menu as main courses. After lunch, we had a wonderful and satisfying espresso. This place was great and I cannot wait to have more meetings in Milan that cause me to drive way out here in the middle of this industrial town!
