As a Fraternity Alum, I thought it would be a cool idea to make an award in the shape of a paddle for a charity Alumni Association event. One of the employees at the shop, Susan, went out of her way to help me with the paddle foundation, the design, the layout, the sizing of wooden letters, the laser engravings, literally everything, and while she did it, she was courteous, kind, and helpful.
