Laurie even had a local frame-maker fashion an original gold-leaf frame that turned out fantastic. They really care about their customers. I liked that we can get a quote and they never rush you to make a decision.

Located immediately next door to the Scarsdale MetroNorth station, the parking situation is not the best but I feel that is the only flaw to this place and is the consequence of its location. Every picture I have brought here to be framed has been handled with care by the staff, and they have taken their time in suggesting frames that might be complimentary all while working within my budget. I have never felt rushed here and the quality of the finished products has always been superb. They are expensive, but in this instance you truly do get what you pay for. Be prepared to wait about three weeks, on average, for your picture to be framed. They do not rush and at holidays they can get busy, so be sure to bring them your holiday gift-framing needs by the end of October, at the latest. The staff is professional and provides good customer service, and are happy to provide quotes prior to starting work on your project. All in all, a great business.

He doesn't push any particular choice, but keeps laying out options until we come up with something that works for us. The selection of mouldings and mats is huge and he knows the whole inventory. Getting a piece of art framed and giving it our own touch is an adventure for us, and we've always been very pleased with all the work we've had done by Michael and Frank. Our highest possible recommendation.

We wanted her to be happy and plan the frame and this was closest to her. We waited 10" for customers to complete their order and we walked about to consider frames. After looking at frames, we had ideas. The customers left. I had the poster ready to view on my phone. I asked for help choosing an A2 size frame, moderately priced. Suddenly, the older sales gent went all red in the face and, with significant anger in a very loud voice, said he didn't understand what I wanted. "What A2"? Whaddya mean?" I showed him the piece and said the A2 measurements are right here...and he EXPLODED at me! "I don't need no computers, I don't do that." It was the size of the art I was attempting to show him. Moving away from him, shocked at the torrent of red-faced agita about "A2," we backed away toward the door. Perplexed, astonished. Incredulous, we found our way out of this second floor shop (no AC) and looked at each other. Is this Bellevue north? WTH was THAT we wondered. I concluded? He's nuts, seriously bonkers. This is *way* beyond rude. So. Buster. Work out your problems on a couch because it is NOT OKAY TO YELL. Especially at women. Women, think about this review before visiting.
