I have never felt rushed here and the quality of the finished products has always been superb. They are expensive, but in this instance you truly do get what you pay for. Be prepared to wait about three weeks, on average, for your picture to be framed. They do not rush and at holidays they can get busy, so be sure to bring them your holiday gift-framing needs by the end of October, at the latest. The staff is professional and provides good customer service, and are happy to provide quotes prior to starting work on your project. All in all, a great business.

From what I could gather, Backstreet provides several services relating to art prints; additionally, they also work with an external company to provide VHS to DVD conversion services. My initial visit was pretty standard - I chose my frame and the process was summarized to me. I was initially told there would be a 2-week turnaround time and that I would receive a call once the job was finished. To be transparent, it was a rocky road between dropping off my print and picking it up; I did not receive it until about 1.5 months later. However, Eileen was very transparent with the progress and performed a great service recovery. Overall, I wouldn't say this was the smoothest transaction, but Backstreet ultimately delivered and provided good customer service.
