A friend in watch sales recommended this place as "wholesale" (since their work comes mostly from retailers). Authorized Rolex dealers were quoting me a STARTING price of $600 for the 6-year service, so when I got a quote here for about the same amount for a watch that had stopped working, I knew it was the best deal I was going to get. Not only is my baby back on my wrist, but it looks even better than new, because I was able to request the middle links be high-polished (making it look like a newer model). I dealt with Carla, who was great by phone, email and in person, and the shop looks ultra modern and open. Highly recommend.
