Compared to Service Centers in other countries prices are a bit steep in Australia. If you're traveling you might like to consider using a service center in another country and having the watch posted back to you. Most would be willing to oblige if you explain what you want.
Staff here are good though they don't always return calls promptly. They can seem a bit icy face to face but on reflection that's probably just because of the "strictly business" attitude they want to portray. I suspect they'll always try to talk down their noses a bit like all luxury brand staff in this country but ignoring that ploy is part of the game we're all forced to play. read more
