The staff is always very friendly, even when the restaurant is very busy. We have been comming here with three families and ordering together but paying each familly seperately. Yelp is correct that this is the best pizza in Trento, according to one reviewer. Our first impression was mostly their guests are locals. Good sign! One bite on the pizza and you will not stop until last bite . Service is fast and very professional. Price is reasonable. Manager/Owner is friendly. We only had 3 days in Trento and ended up coming here all 3 nights. On the third night we got a surprise present from the cashier lady (assuming she is an owner). She didn't even know it was our last night to enjoy her delicious pizza. We will never forget her hospitality.

Good size, warm room (in fact we always stay in the same one), large, secure ski room within a few metres of the hotel entrance, bus to the ski slopes stops right outside the hotel every ten minutes, good restaurant with wide choice of dishes especially the Italian pizzas from a proper pizza oven. But this restaurant is extremely popular, so make sure you book a table before going out for the day. Fantastic offer this year our ski passes were a third of the normal price because we bought them through the hotel on arrival. St. Moritz is really expensive, so this was a very pleasant surprise. Also this year the internet access was wireless, not wired and really fast (something you don't find in every hotel).
