We have been visiting pizza restaurants in a few dozen countries but this one has left a sweet memory for us. Yelp is correct that this is the best pizza in Trento, according to one reviewer. Our first impression was mostly their guests are locals. Good sign! One bite on the pizza and you will not stop until last bite . Service is fast and very professional. Price is reasonable. Manager/Owner is friendly. We only had 3 days in Trento and ended up coming here all 3 nights. On the third night we got a surprise present from the cashier lady (assuming she is an owner). She didn't even know it was our last night to enjoy her delicious pizza. We will never forget her hospitality. read more

I'm sorry but the pizzas weren't as good as expected in my German point of view. Our hotel service recommended that place and therefore we were super disappointed after we had our first bite. The dough hasn't any taste as well as the tomato sauce of which was way too much on the pizza. In the middle, the dough was soaked and not enjoyable. The buffalo mozzarella was mild and cold. Therefore you barely could taste it on the pizza (besides the one-liter tomato sauce). For us, these two pizzas were very high-priced for that quality. (14€/15€) However, the restaurant was very well attended. Most Italian. That's why we think that we, Germans, have different expectations of pizza and also a different preferred way of serving it. I'm going to preface this review saying that I am pretty sure I ordered the wrong item from the menu. My husband and I stopped in to split a pizza while we were making our drive down to Bologna. My husband is a meat lover, while I prefer Margherita, but I caved and allowed him to order the Diavola pizza. Big mistake. :) The pizza was okay, but lacked in beauty and appeal compared to some of the other pizzas coming out of the kitchen. The taste was okay, but again, it did not look as tasty as some of the other pizzas I saw. The cheese while I was hoping would be piled onto the pizza with volume was all flat and melted in, and the pepperoni was eh. All in all, a learning lesson....never the hubby order if you have to split it with him. read more

Albert does the best pizza in Trento. The quality of the ingredients is really high and his pizza are packed with topping. Fireproof? Just stop a tendon person in Trento downtown and ask for the best pizzeria of the city. That person will say Albert! The only negative aspect is that the pizzeria is not too big and not too fancy. Since I live close by, I always take pizzas out and eat them at home. read more
