To my relief, he scheduled me within 3 days of my initial phone call. The results of the procedure were as expected/satisfactory, but I did leave the office feeling disappointed in the doctor's "bedside manor." I felt condescended throughout the entire experience. Perhaps this is an effect of having mostly child patients? Regardless, I am a 25 year old woman and did not appreciate being scolded for 1) not being able to afford this procedure prior to my visit. 2) experiencing pain/sensitivity during removal process I was also charged more than the initial price quote- the difference was small but unexplained. The next time I need an orthodontist, I plan on looking elsewhere but the quality of work done was good and they scheduled me quickly.

I was reassured that it would be fine. After making the hour and 15 min drive and waiting 30min in the lobby my son was finally called back when I was told I would have to wait in the lobby with my baby. I explained I called ahead of time to make sure it was fine then Kristen (the manager) had a snippy attitude and told me that no one told me this and I can't bring her back with me. My son had a lot of anxiety about the appointment (first time here) and was scared and did not want to go alone. Waste of time since I ended up just canceling and leaving. absolutely rude office staff and very unprofessional. Listen to the other reviews and save yourself by going somewhere else.
