Vito answered my request very quickly and even quoted me a price on the phone after just hearing…read morewhat my toilet problems were. I told him I would be contacting other referrals but that I would get back to him. He agreed that would be a smart thing to do and even wished me luck in my search. But when other plumbers were slow to get back to me, I decided that I would go with Vito. I called him at 8PM on a Friday and he was here at 11AM the next day. He determined what the problem was (just as he predicted on our first contact) and, because my toilets are approximately 60 years old, he felt the needed parts might be hard to find. He did fix the problem while he was here but he told me if I had any further trouble with the toilets, he would research, order and install the new parts at the original cost he quoted and the amount I paid him today, would be credited back to me. In addition to being very fair, this young man was knowledgeable and so pleasant to talk to. I am looking forward to his completing the job (which may not even be needed). And I am certain that he will be honest with me in this regard. Please give this young man a try. I am sure you will be pleased with him.

Let me start by saying this is not the fist time I have used Right On for HVAC work. First time…read moreTony came out at 10pm and worked on filling my freon till almost midnight - THAT was a Great Experience BUT I was told he would com back to test for the leak at another time and he would call me to schedule - That never happened. Called the office twice, one left a VM mesage, no reply, one I spoke wit ha young lady and she said she would check and call me back - Nothing.! Two e-mail and no reply - so I forgot about it. Now, Today - The Start up cap goes bad on my unit and I call for a service, again I get get a pretty fast response but similar to the fist time they were delays and came a couple hours after they said they would; but they came and that was good. Then The spend 15 minutes replacing the Capacitor (I had the unit open and ready for them when they arrived) and they tried to hit me with a $400.00 + bill for 15 mins of work and a $20.00 part! I was not very happy and the tech had Tony call me and he offed to drop the price to $335.00 noting Two guys It doesn't take 2 guys to change out a cap.) and he has overhead! Well - I should have done this myself, but I wanted to have a qualified tech look it over just in case, never dreaming they would charge try to charge me $400.00+ for a 15 min job! Sure time, travel, gas, insurance, expenses, ect. all add up but there is a fair profit and there is highway robery . Next time I will use another HVAC repair shop just because Tony had the opportunity to make it right but he chose money over building a loyal customer. Never Again......... Sorry!
