Far and Away your first choice in well services should be this company. their staff is courteous , prompt and professional. My first call to them was on a Saturday at 5:30. The owner James picked up phone answerd all my questions, discussed concerns and gathered all required information. he committed his business partner would be ther first part of week to perform some inspections, assessments and provide clarification and options. Joel did just that and more. We shared information. he drew up a proposal. The quote had all the right equipment and best in class parts required. within a week scheduled and completed full well replacement, all pipe, wire and best in class pump American made. The fairest quoted price of the 4 and the only one that was willing to go to my well at my property to provide a true picture. all other estimates were from the desk without seeing my wells concerns. I had the honor of having Kyle as my service technician. He was professional, courteous, very informative & pleasant to talk to. Technician was late to our home (over an hour) not calling ahead to inform us. Once he arrived he smelled of marijuana which is fine on his own time just like alcohol but if he was drunk wouldn't fly. He didn't act in a professional manner becoming argumentative with us the property owner, just demanded we call Realtor to explain his job! He apologized for not being able to come out that evening, which we really didn't expect anyway, but he promptly showed up early the next morning and fixed the problem. WOW!!....... I had been having problems with getting water to the house for at least the last month..... we'd lose pressure then replace the switch, then lose pressure and think it was the second tank, then finally it went down again 3 days ago and there was simply nothing left that we knew how to fix! I gave up and called RVPS! They were able to schedule me for that same afternoon, came out within a couple hours of my AM call.... James was incredibly professional.... he was patient with our questions, so we could learn too! And he zeroed in on the problems and had brand new parts, replaced everything quickly and wham! RVPS installed a new pump for us. The arrived at the time they said they would. They made short work of installing the pump and checking the system. The whole process was done quickly. We did have a problem the next morning which was Saturday. James arrived in short order and installed a particulate filter. He also helped clear the "escaped" particles from our faucets and the washing machine. All was done with a smile and in a friendly matter. We are impressed. Recently I had a few issues with my well system, and a leak in one a pipe buried under the lawn, and since RVPS had placed a sticker on my well pressure tank from when they serviced the system for the previous owner, I called them. On a Friday night, after normal biz hours, we had a power outage and when power came back on, I wasn't getting any water pressure at the pressure gauge. I called them, left a message....I got a quick call back, and was told the procedure for priming the jet pump, and I was told I would get a call back Saturday morning to see whether priming the pump got it working....it didn't, and they called as promised......Saturday morning emergency service call, about 2 hours labor, 2 technicians, and a replaced foot valve at the bottom of the well! I was expecting a large bill, and was stunned when it came to only about $160 ! While they were at it they tested the pressure tank, which wasn't holding proper pressure, the bladder that separates pressurized air from the water was leaking, the tank had been installed at least 15 years back. I made an appointment to replace the pressure tank and update the piping inside the well house, and also discovered a leak in a line that was buried 2 feet deep under my lawn. Work done well, by clean cut, on time folks who treat you like they are your long time, neighbors and friends. Truly excellent service! read more
