They showed up then took 30 minutes and determined that they had made a mistake on their solution and had to revise the plan and go back to engineering. Winter was closing in, so nothing could be done for the rest of the year. Fast forward to Feburary of 2025. I start calling to get an update and am getting no reply. That's calling both the job foreman and the company owner. Finally made contact and was told they were having problems getting an approved solution, but were still trying. In early March they sent me a check for my entire deposit. Still no communication. Apparently they just gave up. My real issue is their utter inability to communicate and inform me of progress or even the lack thereof. I'm not typically one for publicly bad mouthing a contractor, but in this case it I feel its valid.

AGAIN DO YOUR HOMEWORK BEFORE YOU THINK ABOUT USING THIS CONTRACTOR. In Idaho you only have to be a registered contractor for concrete work. No State test, No state bond, no insurance required.

They messed up our front yard for their equipments paths, lost gravels, cut off sprinkler lines, took down front gates, never came back to fix any. They used our gates to do neighbors fences, but when asked to close it back, they claimed that we needed open to finish the project when we'd been begging them to close it! We called, texted, emailed, never responded. When they (he, Shiloh) responds, he always says "100% will be there tmrw". "Waiting for my equpiment to be dropped off". He said he'd come, but no call no show. We had to call/text him EVERY time just to find out he "can't" make it due to a million excuses. Never got any invoice even after we asked for them. We paid in advance, he took the money and ghosted us! Was supposed to do french drain, but had issue with HOA which we asked him to chk w/ them 1st b4 started. Instead of compensating, he said he never charged us for it. Was supposed to put rocks in for back drainage, he only dropped them by sidewalk without bringing them in, supposedly he only charged us for materials. If we only wanted rocks to be dropped by the road, we could get them straight from the vendor! Will not recommend a dishonest company like this. Very disappointing!
