The environment is very clean and smells really good in there. So I went to a nail salon to get a pedicure, which I had an allergic reaction to the acrylic on both of my big toes. I had them put fake nails on so I can get a design for my birthday. A day later my toe swelled up with a blister and it was itching so bad. So I called affordable podiatry, immediately I received the text from the doctor, he asked me what the problem was and to send him a picture of my toe which I did. He then immediately sent me a text telling me what I needed to purchase to get ease from my itchy toes. The most important part of it is he was away in a conference so he couldn't get to me and that was on a Friday so I'm thinking okay Monday is Martin Luther King's birthday he'll be closed now I'm stuck but he came like the superhero he is and save me and my itchy toes. So I text him back and ask for his cash app info. At this point I was so relieved and happy he help me out. He text me back, and said there will be no need for that this is free of charge. Nowhere in our paperwork did it say to arrive 30 minutes early or get cancelled. Your own website says to arrive 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork - which we had already filled out electronically. Very very poor service offered at the front desk. I was taking my 83 year old grandmother who suffers from alzheimer's. You can imagine her confusion. We will not be going back. This is the worst service I've ever received at a doctor's office.

Follow up appointment to get the results of MRI's and Doctor cancelled appointment twice. Seems like his airplane is more important. I get it however I'm the one in pain. Finally get an appointment (in which he kept) only to have him tell me that i have a ruptured disc and two herniated discs. I'm a foot doctor and not a back doctor. I asked for a back doctor, and I still haven't heard from them. Be cautious, you may think they care but, it's actually a poorly run business.
