Jennifer at Skyfire Travel planned an absolutely unforgettable girls' trip for me and my best…read morefriend. She managed everything--airfare, accommodations, transportation, and excursions--while patiently handling our ever-changing requests with grace and professionalism. We traveled to Oaxaca on 6/14/25 and experienced Monte Albán, Cuilápam, San Bartolo Coyotepec, Hierve el Agua, a street art tour, and a historic biking tour. She even left a full day open for us to explore on our own and truly immerse ourselves in the culture, which we loved. Our stay at Casa Bonita was perfect. From Oaxaca, we took a bus to Puerto Escondido and stayed at Punta Nayaa, which was beyond a dream--even better than the photos. During our travels, we experienced Hurricane Nicholas, power outages, and limited communication. Jennifer checked in whenever possible, ensured our safety, and canceled excursions so we had nothing to worry about. Her thoughtful touches--gifts, notes, and constant care--made us feel prioritized every step of the way. Despite the challenges, we came back refreshed, recharged, and already excited to book our next trip. Highly recommend Jennifer and Skyfire Travel!

Scott and his team are great to work with! I just returned from my second trip that he handled for…read moreme. There were a couple of minor hiccups that were not because of anything he or his team did, and I contacted him about them and he was all about addressing them and finding a solution. His customer service is beyond 5 stars - trust me on that, and that alone is worth every penny spent. So let me explain why I know it is better to use a travel agent versus doing it yourself. The biggest pro is that if there is any problem, your travel agent can handle the resolution or at least do the fighting for you. Travel agents speak the language so they can get things done quicker and more efficiently than the "non-speaking" do-it-yourselvers. They have access to programs and sites that most of us novices don't even know about. It's as if they are shopping at the Mall of America versus the general public's Dollar General version. My husband and I took our daughter and her husband to NYC for a fun, gourmet focused trip, (daughter is a chef), and it was even better than we'd all expected. The hotel Scott found for us was absolutely amazing. It was smack dab in the middle of everything we wanted and needed not to mention is was a beautiful hotel. Thank you so much Scott, for another amazing trip! We need to start thinking and talking about trip #3.

Our family just returned from a dream vacation to Italy, thanks to Tommaso and his Trips2Italy…read moreteam. In addition to our having the most magnificent weather in early October, we stayed at the most beautiful, convenient, and luxurious hotels in four different cities. The people we met along the way, the tour guides, and everyone we encountered could not have been nicer and more . The special touches made this vacation one we will never ever forget. Tommaso offered so many excellent suggestions and considered our personal preferences when designing this " adventure". There were highlights in every city, from the food tour in Rome, to the pasta making + dinner in Florence, to the glass blowing factory in Murano, to the Ferrari Museum and F1 simulator, and on and on. And of course the tours and the excellent guides were A+++. My family cannot say enough about the magical experience we had, so much of which was thanks to the impeccable planning and detail provided by Trips2Italy. I cannot say enough about this experience and would recommend Tommaso and his team without reservation for making your trip to Italy one of a lifetime! Sandy

Natalie guided us through the creation of our perfect itinerary (4 nights each in Rome and Venice), which was executed flawlessly. Maria followed up with us as our vacation approached, ensuring we had everything in place. Tomasso tied everything together by answering all our questions during our final meeting prior to departure. Best of all, each of the vendors they partnered with fulfilled their commitments and ensured we had the best experience possible. This experience far exceeded our expectations and we will not hesitate to use Trips2Italy in the future. In fact, as I write this review, my wife and I are already mapping out our next Italian adventure. Our only regret is that we did not allow for more time in Rome, but our next trip will compensate as we are wanting to do 4 more nights in Rome and 5 nights on the Amalfi Coast. Time to start planning! Thank you to the enitre Trips2Italy team for an unforgettable experience.
