He claimed he couldn't do the job because I have a broken pipe under the house and I need major work done which he proceeded to schedule later in the week. Reynolds Plumbing sent Jim and Sam over to check out the problem. They arrived when they said they would. They were very friendly. They looked at the pipes under the house and said there was no problem! Then they fixed my original issue (kitchen sink draining slowly) and gave me pointers on garbage disposal use. The charges were fair - $127.00. They were here and gone in 45 minutes. I'm thankful and relieved. I believe I now have 'my own plumbing guys' to be loyal to. Thank you Reynolds, Jim and Sam. Th
