Indescribably awful. We have been struggling for five weeks to get Bell to install Bell Fibe…read moreinternet, TV and home phone. We have spent dozens of hours on the phone to tech support, "Loyalty" (Bell's Orwellian name for billing and customer service), "Escalation Team":, "Escalation Team Manager" and "Internal Services". Bell agents have accused each other of lying; they have said they ordered items for us that in fact were not ordered. Bell has delivered faulty equipment that had to be sent back. They failed to set up the account properly, which led to an Armageddon-like battle between "Loyalty" and "Tech Support", with "Escalation sometimes aligning with one then with the other... Even the "Win Back" team had to weigh in! Frustrating and infuriating do not begin to describe my emotional reaction. Bell has wasted hours of our time and three full weekends. I was directed to this Center and I thank the day I took the advice. The middle aged man that let me in directed me to this young guy who took up my case as if his life depends on it. For the next one and a half hours, he went over, above and beyond to resolve my issue - and he did. I was waiting to be charged whatever because I was ready to pay, but with an amazing smile he told me it was a privilege to serve me and let me go. Wow, amazing service, coolness of mind, friendliness in a cozy business environment. Thank you, I'll be singing your praises for long.

I have to up this review by 1 star, based on recent experience…read more The staff in this booth are always very helpful, but this time we needed to compare two companies, to try to save some money on our data and phone plans. And do you know what we discovered? Apples are not oranges! We were not getting the best value for our money out of the last plan we had on 1 phone, and we were able to compare phone and data plans for 3 or 4 different companies (Rogers, Fido, Bell, and 1 other that is the subsidiary of Bell - is it Verison, I think?) This way, we found a better plan than we had at a more reasonable price. PHEW! Yeah, I like this multi booth idea a LOT! The clerk who served us really knew her stuff. The only and biggest downer for me was that it took sooo long to get all this sorted out. I can't blame only the clerk though! It was easy enough to compare everything, but it's a lot to absorb. In the end, we are both happy. Great after-sale service too: we were shopping here on a Friday, and there was a weekend special that came up starting the Saturday, so the clerk called us back to let us know that she could throw it in! GREAT!

Now they offer loyalty rewards to those who have been with them for a while. So I got a new phone recently, and it's an a Apple. You can't just open it to put in a SIM card - you need to go to an outlet for your carrier. This Fido outlet did a great job helping me get set up. One of the neat things was free wifi so that I could download the apps (all over again! Wait - what's my password? I've reset so many recently that I'm going cuckoo!) the clerk who helped me gave me good service and advice. Thank you Fido!

Fido signed me up as the account holder of my step-son's cell phone. I was not present nor aware…read moreuntil I saw the bills with my name. The kid paid up, no problems, but he needed a replacement phone this week. I called Fido, told them I did not own the phone and I want them to remove my name from the account and put it in my step-son's name. They told me I had to go IN-PERSON with ID to get this changed. No vital stats corresponded to my identification in their records. So they can sign me up and ultimately hold me accountable without my presence or knowledge but they could not correct this without copious amounts of time and inconvenience. At Carlingwood, they are represented at a kiosk, thus under-staffed & overwhelmed by service requests. The desk service was poor, but I don't blame the staff.

(She's an older lady that is not familiar with technology). Jake made her very comfortable.
