James was kind and patient and let me take multiple photos (I don't photograph well) until finally we had one with my eyes open that didn't look like I was heading out for a crime spree afterwards. The whole team at the San Ramon office was great! Every customer who arrived was greeted and checked in right away. Two other staff helped me besides James (sorry I didn't catch their names) - everyone in the office was friendly, helpful, and fast. I'll definitely come back to this branch if I ever need anything that can't be done online. Oh and the photos were printed immediately and were good quality. Called the agent and he did NOTHING to assist. Found out a claim was paid out to the other party only AFTER my invoice was due and sent out. The replacement policy they arranged was nearly three times the cost, included insufficient coverage in key areas, and improperly listed coverage for secondary dwellings that do not exist. Despite multiple requests over several months, they also failed to add our trust to the policy, and when it was finally added, the trustee information was entered incorrectly. Overall, the experience involved repeated errors, lack of responsiveness, and an unwillingness to resolve issues. Ultimately, we changed our broker, and we are very happy with the new broker.
