Most don't know this but at the beginning of the year, they offer a bucket of popcorn for $25, you keep the bucket and when you bring it back to enjoy more popcorn or go to the movie, it only costs $5 to fill that same bucket!! And this can be done throughout the year with that bucket. Shown in the picture is the bucket and the popcorn. The friendly staff also put the popcorn in a baggy so we wouldn't dirty the bucket on this visit. Normally concession items are super expensive at theaters. I have not been to a drive in since the mid 90s and was super excited to get to share this experience with my children and this place did not disappoint. They have 2 screens which I had not seen at a drive in before but it works well. The audio plays over fm radio stations and they have radios to rent if you don't bring your own or want to run your car battery down. The food is reasonably priced and they have a great selection that I would say surpasses any of the local chain theaters I go to back home. Burgers, hot dogs, nachos, sloppy joes, popcorn, cheese curds, soda, candy, corn dogs, onion rings, French fries, grilled cheese, pizza, and tacos off the top of my head. Just a huge selection of options. The movies say they start at dusk but add about 15 minutes to that based on our experience. It makes sense, dusk is easy to search for to find the time but it isn't really dark enough yet. So just be aware it's a little later and if you stay for the full double feature it is going to be a late night. But totally worth it.
