First, the office definitely needs better time management…read more They overbook, and even the Dr. agreed. A 10:30 appointment, we were called back at 11:25, then another wait to see the doc, .30 minutes. We left a 10:30 appointment at 12:45. This is very frustrating for someone who has to get to work and made time, and was on time for an appointment. Second, the forms were abundant and redundant. Then the intake person asked the same questions on the forms. Then the Dr. and the PA asked the same questions asked by the intake person and the original forms. Last, the Dr. was attentive, kind, caring and apologetic for the wait. My mom really liked him, and so did I. His bedside manner is top notch! He was able to help short term, while we wait until another appointment for hopefully a longer term solution. Hopefully his solutions will allow my mom to live a pain free life. TBD.

My first impression of Dr. Pampati was nothing short of warm and welcoming. While seeing a doctor is not always the most calming experience, Dr. Pampati has made all of my encounters with him a very pleasant one. Dr. Pampati is such an honest man, and you can tell that he's just a genuinely good person. It has been evident throughout all of my visits that he treats me and the rest of his patients as his family. The other reviews on here about him being very personable, knowledgeable, and conservative with treatment are all true, which I was happy to find out for myself. He will answer any questions you may have and will take his time to explain everything to you so that you don't walk out of the office confused or uneasy. He is honest, and he is very adamant about making sure his patients are receiving the best care. If you end up undergoing physical therapy at any point, he keeps in contact with the therapists and ensures that you are receiving the best care. If you a concern at home after your appointment, he and his staff do their best to accommodate you and/or fit you in to the schedule so that you may been seen right away. At other offices, I often have to wait over an hour in the waiting room before I'm even called back with the doctor. Thankfully, that has never been the case with Dr. Pampati or his staff. Overall, I have had nothing but a wonderful experience in my time with Dr. Pampati. He is very specialized in what he does which makes his care top of the line. Highly recommend him to anyone!!!
