My daughter went to him when she was 17 yr old. she is now 27yr he removed all four of her wisdom teeth out so we thought. she saw her dentist last week for tooth pain. they took an Xray and show one of her wisdom tooth protruding in to her other tooth. this Dr bean took three wisdoms out and her molar. she was there for all four wisdom teeth extractions she is in so much pain right now. Dr. Bean is a good dentist very attentive to your needs. His front staff is really not up to par. They do not follow up on your insurance (mine anyway). They assume insurance will pay most costs which mine does not. Just make sure what your end is before having procedures done. read more

I've been a patient for over a year (including family). Dr Bean does great work and educates his patients. Only thing is he has kind of a flat affect (but that maybe just his personality). His dental hygienist is amazing! Caring, empathetic, and very thoroug! The blonde receptionist has a bit of an attitude, but she is getting better. They need to carry pulse oximeter when using oxygen when a patient complains of headache and complaining of short of breath while using Nitrous Oxide. These are just lessons learned but otherwise highly recommended and will continue to have Dr Bean as our Dentist! read more

I suffer from dental anxiety due to past painful treatments. I found Dr. Beans office by looking for dentist that handle patients with my type of problem. After my 1st visit with Dr. Bean, i finally feel like i will be able to start going back to a dentist for regular treatments. He takes the extra time and patience that a nervous person really needs. This is a huge relief for me. I have been so nervous in the past, i have cancelled appts with other dentists, walked out of their offices, knowing i could never return, but still needed the work done. I had a deep cleaning done by Melissa, their hygentist. She was very soft spoken, knowledgable and took great care of me knowing i was really anxious and nervous. Never get your wisdom teeth removed from Dr. Bean! It took two hours for them to numb my mouth. When he was pulling the wisdom teeth out I could literally hear my teeth cracking inside my mouth. And then when I went home the pain medicine he proscribed did nothing. The throbbing never stopped. The entire experience was traumatizing. Don't go to Bean go to an office that will let you be asleep for teeth removal. read more

Will never go here again the staff is so rude and they don't care. Missed my appointment cause I was running behind called and made the reception aware of my tartness almost got into accident and unfortunately wasn't able to make it. No effort to even try to reschedule me like "hey your already running behind lets just reschedule you so we don't charge you a $50 fee" Yes in their mail out letter it states that they changer a fee for missed appointments but does not say how much. Well thanks to her not being like well we can reschedule or hey if you miss your appointment we will charge you a fee of $50 they sent it to me in the mail a week later!! How is that okay!! To mail out a letter saying "Hey we will charge a fee for missed appointments" but does not state how much that FEE is till you actually miss an appointment then they will mail you a surprise fee of $50 in the mail! read more
