This is, by far, the best orthodontic practice that I have ever known. Although we usually see Dr Nat, I am happy to see any one of the three doctors and feel extremely comfortable with their decisions for me and for my family. I was treated there as a child and now drive 45 min to treat my children- Now that my oldest daughter has finished her treatment, my husband has decided to get invisilign himself and I cannot wait to see the results! Aside from the amazing results and remarkable care, ROG is run more efficiently than any doctors office that I have ever been to. I have never ever had to wait for very long in the waiting room. And let's talk about the waiting room... really nice place to be with free wi-fi and games set up for the kids... my younger kids do not even mind being dragged along when we go to these appointments! There is a very good reason that ROG has been around for so long as is still going so strong. We were camped out at Lake-in-Wood RV Resort in Narvon, PA on an extended motor home trip (we're from Northeast Texas) when one of the ends of my wife's retainer broke loose. This group obviously had nothing to do with the original orthodonture but gladly agreed to take a look and see if they could help. ROG removed the 12+ year old retainer, completely cleaned the area underneath and then glued the appliance back in again. The entire process took around 1/2 hour, and one of the orthodontists came in and ensured that the procedure was perfect. When she went to pay, the receptionist looked at my wife and said "Have a nice day." When asked again what the charges were, the answer was the same. "No charge. Have a nice day." In 2013 America this is absolutely unheard of. All we could do was thank them and if there were grades above Excellent, they would be worthy of it. Clean, efficient and professional, this group deserves the highest rating on any scale, and not because of the price. after 1.5 years (6 months early) I finally got my braces off and my teeth look AMAZING, Dr. Nat and all the technicians there did an awesome job. ROG Orthodontics has been a community supporter and sponsor of the OJR RUN101 5K race for the past 4 years! They have donated many cases of water bottles and their time with the amazing, portable photo booth each year. I'm glad I picked ROG for my braces experience. From day one everyone has been so kind and helpful with any questions I had. They work with you financially (which has been a plus for me because I don't have insurance). They like to keep you with the same orthodontic assistant every time you go so you can build a relationship with them. I've never been taken in for an appointment late either. The cost is a little more expensive than other places I've checked out, but I'm willing to pay more for a talented staff and a great experience! I would highly recommend ROG to anyone! read more

I went here when I was younger and now back for the 2nd time. Carol was great! very friendly and helpful goes above and beyond! Service was great! The goal was to get my bottom teeth straight in the shortest amount of time. When I had Carol remove the braces from my bottom teeth I thought we had accomplished that but now with a perm. retainer on the bottom and one that goes in and out over night my 2 front bottom teeth are uneven again even after having the perm retainer in over night. read more

I was a patient as a child and had a relapse but I didn't want to wear braces again, so I went with Invisalign - I was able to do this with their Guarantee My Smile Program.
