The teeth cleaning and x-Rays were made better by the staff who were transparent and informative. I was shown my x-Rays and explained what was going on with my teeth. Dr. Casella was very welcoming and confident. I already setup my next appointment and he will be my dentist as long as I'm in the area. Huge upside was no up-selling. I had a small issue that they could have easily recommended expensive action for, and Dr. Casella decided it wasn't necessary. It's nice knowing someone cares about your money too.

The dentist himself is pleasant and talkative. His staff seem all nice as well. However, I did not appreciate getting fillings when I never needed to them get done. I had only 1 cavity in my years of life and I attended this dentist's office only to "miraciously" have 11 cavities??? I had just gone to a dentist where I was studying out of state that informed me only 1 was present. He was insistent that I had to get the cavities filled ASAP. After filling and still to this day, I have issues with the tooth he filled because it protrudes too much. The dentist would watch tv and go back and forth between patients to do other procedures. So while you are in pain and frozen, you unfreeze and get to continue with pain your filling. Never again will I go here!

Michael is a great "don't fix it if it ain't broke" dentist, with a fantastic bedside manner. Friendly, outgoing, personable, and up to speed on the dental industry, this is where I go for my cleanings, caps, crowns, and all that fun stuff. No one really wants to be at the dentist, but Michael and his staff do a good job making you feel at home. I have referred several of my friends here and they are all quite happy with the service received here. Kelly immediately fit me into his schedule. I ended up having oral surgery and even through the referral process, Kelly checked on me several times over the weekend and got me into a great oral surgeon in Dr. Silverstein. I'm beyond thankful for the care they give to my 86 year old father and now me and other members of our family. I'm thrilled I finally have a wonderful dentist with a phenomenal office staff. Without gas, my day was quite anxious but went thru the novacaine needle ok but when Dr Rose was ready to have her drilling begin, she said she wasn't numb. Annoyed, he tried to keep drilling but when she said she a could still feel the pain, he came back with another needle, clearly annoyed with her and numbed her up so badly she couldn't feel her eye and wasn't able to eat for way longer than the usual novacaine needle. Never again.

I paid in full and on time for the root canal. Today I had an issue with that same tooth and I recalled Dr. Yasir Siddique (who performed my root canal) telling me "If you have any issues with that tooth, please call US back so we can help you out." I took this as kind and genuine customer service, but it was a total ploy. I went in today with pain to that tooth, got an appointment scheduled, sat in the chair, had a tech come over and eliminate the issue, all within a span of 2 minutes. Sounds good, right? Nope. This office is in the business of price gouging you for services at every turn. I was told multiple times to get an X-ray of the tooth that I had an issue with "to make sure it was not part of the problem". I declined the X-ray, thankfully. I then went to the front of the office where they told me I would be charged for the service today. After pleading with the people at the front of the office, they asked Dr. Siddique if they could waive the fee from today's visit. He told them no, because the appointment today had nothing to do with the tooth... but I thought he wanted me to get an X-ray to make sure it was not the tooth... Which one is it? Save your time and money and go somewhere that cares about you and your health, not just what is in your wallet.

I had an appointment this afternoon for Dr.Pratt to examine a very sensitive area of my gum. I…read morehad already explained to the tech that I had a cleaning 2 weeks ago and it was fine after she gave me novacaine. I asked her to tell Dr. Pratt that I needed novacaine prior to examination. Either she didn't do it or he ignored it. He came in and sat down without a hello or any greeting. At that time I asked to be numbed and he refused. He then took the explorer to look in my mouth and pulled my gum down hard with his gloved thumb. His thumbnail was deep into the area of pain. I asked again to have it numbed. He threw his instrument down and said "I'm done". Dr. Pratt acted like a petulant child. His immaturity astounded me. He does not listen to his patients. He does not care to explain anything. I would seriously consider another dentist. If you were at all thinking of Dr. Pratt. I have been a nurse for over 40 years and have never seen that kind of treatment of a doctor to a patient. I don't think I've ever seen that childlike anger from a Healthcare provider.

When I wrote to him on his website, his office gave me an 8::00 AM special appointment on Monday morning to fix my tooth. By the way, he came to office with his assistant just to work on my tooth and apparently another patient who had some issue too. That is to me, compassion.
