Like many 2020 wedding couples, we had to reschedule our wedding, and one of the main criteria for us was keeping them (we even switched our venue). Their website is great for all forms and information needed during the process. They are quick to respond with any answers/updates/changes you might need. The shot list ahead of time is great to have done, as it covered everything we were looking for, and they are awesome at catching any moments that pop up organically during the day. They are so patient when it comes to posing, as we were new to the process. They are kind, patient, direct and clear in their instructions. It takes away the anxiety of doing posed photos, and the finished product is truly amazing. All of our photos look so natural and candid! One of the major things that drew us to A.C. was their editing, as it didn't look like every stock wedding photographer. The finished product did not disappoint! We absolutely love our photos, and you'll find your biggest issue is choosing what photos to get printed afterwards. Too many awesome choices! During the wedding and reception, they do a great job of blending in, but never miss a moment or great shot. I notified Savannah and Greg a little over one month after hiring them that my wedding date had to be changed because of a major life change. They are the ONLY vendor that refused to reschedule and/or refund my deposit. The best they could offer my fiancé and I was an engagement photo shoot in which we drive 7 hours and pay for hotels to meet them in a National Park that they already planned to be at. Zero flexibility or concern. We are out thousands of dollars.

He also encouraged us to take our couples shots against the graffiti art in the alleyway (the wedding was at an art gallery), which all turned out beautifully! Once the appointment was booked, I got not only a phone call but a text verifying our appointment. Chris showed up at the selected location on time and on the right day. The hour long sitting was a lot of fun (we had 10 family members there) and Chris was excellent making suggestions as well as flexible following our direction. The previews of the pictures he showed us on his camera were phenomenal. At the the end he explained that he would crop, edit, adjust the pictures and then get them back to me. His estimated turn around time was 2 weeks. It has now been 3 weeks. I have called, sent 2 texts, and one email. Once again I am having trouble getting hold of Chris. Sadly this could have been such a great experience if it weren't for the terrible customer service. Again I am worrying about trying to get a refund, when all I want are the family pictures! We decided to stretch our photo budget a bit to hire her and it was *easily* one of the best decisions we made throughout our entire wedding process. We booked a package that included an engagement shoot with her as well, and I cannot recommend that enough. It gave me and my now-husband time to get to know Amy, understand her working style, develop a relationship... And, as we left the shoot, my fiancé actually said to me, "That was fun!" (Fun! From a man who hates having his photo taken!) As we got closer to our wedding day, Amy reached out to me to discuss details and to ask if there was anything else she could do to support our planning. We met for a cup of coffee to talk through the day and so I could ask questions (I had many, as I'm sure other brides do as well) and I left that meeting feeling so much more confident about everything that was going to happen over the course of the day. Everything ran perfectly smooth the day-of and I can't emphasize enough how much all those involved with our wedding were so impressed with Amy. She gives really clear directions (without ever being bossy) and makes people feel instantly relaxed - I really, really believe that shows in our photos.
