If you are ever in the market for a new kitchen, then Rod's Kitchens are the place to go to.
When we renovated our kitchen, we met we a lot of companies and each one of them were either dodgy or did not want to listen to what we wanted.
Rod's kitchens were different. We went to their showroom first and had a look at what they had on offer. We were very impressed that someone actually asked us "what is the most important thing for you in the kitchen" and we could not answer! (sounds a bit silly I know). We said to them in the end "space and storage". They then booked a time for them to come out and have a look at the space. They turned up when they said they would and by then, we had an idea of what we wanted. One thing we really wanted to incorporate is a cabinet to display some painted china. All the other companies that we met with said it cannot be done / would look silly / would not suit the kitchen that they had designed. Rod's Kitchen not only said it could be done, but incorporated it beautifully in the final design. The designer drew up the plans and the design while he was at our house and the end design was exactly how I imagined it in my head.
When the final specs were drawn up and the final quote given - which I have to say was a lot less than I expected - they booked everyone that needed to be there. I did not have to worry about a thing.
Rod's Kitchen's showed up to start the job when they said they would, the removed my old kitchen, took it away and their tradies took care of the rest. It ran like clock work. One tradie would finish their part of the job, then the next one would be there. I had my new kitchen installed the same day and my tiles completed by 11.00am the next morning and could cook in it that night!
18 months after that, I still get comments from people on how wonderful the kitchen looks and how new, modern and functional it is. Of course, the main comment I get is for the display case and what a great idea is is. read more
