They asked for my password to give me a price on buying another phone, which they do not need my password on old phone to buy a new phone, had to leave my phone overnight said had to buy a power button and they again request my password to fix a power button. Other companies tell you to take your phone and come back the next day if they have to go purchase them power button. Everything screamed scam to me. That last time I went there my sms card was missing and I had to go back to get it. I don't know why they need to remove my SMS card to fix a power button unless it was to copy my SMS card information. I had to buy different things for security reason after leaving my phone with this company. Just beware!

Plus I asked for the district managers name and number and they said his name was john and told me they would t give me his number which I know the purpose of him having a free phone from the company is to take care of customers not a personal phone for him. But it would be easy to find who he is. This store always has poor customer service I had to call customer service to take care of me while I was there. What is the purpose of having a store if your managers don't know how to take care of thier customers. I will sure let my friends and family know not to deal with t mobile.
