She was very knowledgeable able the foreign currency I had on me and was able to confirm if they accept it or not and explain about the rate and the fee. Then I had to wait until 12PM when they are official open for business. By the time I came back there was already an official queue line form on the side. I didn't wait long for my turn. After she count the money and confirm how much USD I will get back and wait for my confirmation before she proceed with the exchange. No ID needed and she count out the cash back to me and then hand it to me. Very professional worker, Elizabeth. She also gave me a coupon for a discount fees for next time.

TCE is located near Macy's. If you park near H&M and go through the mall entrance, it's not too far. The website says they're near NY & Co. which is incorrect. Look for the kiosk near Icing and Journey's. Omar was the employee who helped me on both visits. He was very professional and nice. He explained the exchange rate, fees, and policies. The exchange rates are displayed on a digital screen. The exchange fee is $4. If you bring foreign currency back with the receipt, they will waive the exchange fee. If you're using a debit card, there's an extra fee of $1 though I didn't see this on my receipt. They will take paper money (they prefer denominations of 10s and 20s), but they do not take coins. According to the website, they have over 80 currencies, they'll mail money if ordered on the app, they match rates with banks, and they'll waive fees for certain professions with proper ID.

I wanted conversion into Japanese yen, the online showed current rate at 13o per dollar, but I got just about 122.7 or so. Interestingly enough, I had called two days earlier to check and they were offering 123.2 when the online rate showed 129 ! I don't understand how this works but it is what it is, they get a rate they must exchange at and they do it. I am aware that getting an exchange at a bank is a tedious form filling process, so this is preferable, am not sure if they give a better rate though. For an amount less than $750, they do the exchange without the need of any documentation, above that amount your id and stuff is needed. I would suggest you use your visa card directly abroad wherever possible.

Even though bank statements show monthly deposits more than most people's yearly salary. I asked them to send me the denial in writing. Ghosted me. I texted back asking if my other income from paystubs would suffice. Ignored. Terrible communication. About to pay off this car and close my accounts with them. Lost all confidence.

They are not professional banking organization that you should take loan of thousands of dollars. Everybody is super unprofessional and inefficient. After our car got totaled, they were supposed to get the documents from the insurance companies, which they got few of them and rest they were communicating . As a customer we were clear from our side, but they kept saying they didn't get the document so that they can charge us EMI even after 3 months of totaled car amount resolved by the insurance company. Intentionally they reported to credit bureau without any fault from our side and when we contested they removed dispute report saying they favored to us while it was completely their negligence not recording the status. After 2 months though the dispute removed, since they already reported previously our credit score dropped significantly and still recovering.
