Their business was originally just across the border of Idaho in Nyssa, Oregon but created the bakery store in Fruitland, ID sometime in 2021'ish. (I think I have the year right.) I have not yet made the hourlong trek to this location, Nyssa OR was closer to my Boise area home than Fruitland, but I buy their fantabulous tortillas often because the Rodriguez family now distributes them to several Boise area Winco stores and also to an Albertsons or two and these tortillas are a key reason I shop in those stores from time to time.
