Check in was different because you utilized kiosks in this building that gave you a suite number upon completion. You then went through a door that led you to a long hallway of booths/office stations with suite numbers. Find yours, check in again with the individual at your designated suite and await being called for your appointment. I will say that the person I came in contact with to check in at my suite was lackluster. Could have been having a long day. Working with the public can be a drag. Not rude... just had no personality. Although it took a while to be seen - my physician was thorough, knowledgeable and willing to address any questions or concerns I may have had at the time. Pre pay for your parking garage ticket to get out faster on the floor before the main exit.

Grandview brain washes these doctors with large amounts of money to get them to come to Grandview. Also read the bad reviews on YELP for Grandview Hospital. The problem with this office is they overbook their appointments so you wait around 2 or 3 hrs or longer to see him. Dr. G TOLD ME TO BRING BOOKS TO READ WHILE I WAITED FOR HIM! I had a wonderful doctor there for a few months (Dr. Jerew) that had the heart of a physician, but he moved out of state. Although not a specialist, he helped quarterback my health care. I was turned away by the Covid nurse because I had other issues and she said it wasn't long covid. When asked about my heart rate getting too slow, she said, "drink some caffeine." And yet the specialists are saying my issues originated with Covid. After Jerew, I was sent to Kay Willoughby In October and I told her my struggles with PCPs and that I just needed bloodwork twice a year, treatment for infections (sinus, etc.), and refills for very simple medications that haven't changed in over a year. I offered every opening to say "no, go see another doctor."My specialists send updates and my care is not intensive nor does it require even Pallative care. Just simple refills for very simple medications. I was told last week that Dr. Willoughby requested that I move to an internist. No problem. I started looking and couldn't get an appointment before about a month. then I received a message saying she would not refill medication. These are very simple medications, but I have to be on them. So I'm left with no beta blocker Which is the smallest dose possible, but vital to my health. I do not recommend this clinic any longer. And that hurts my heart because my entire family has been patients for over 40 years.
