We had a 6ft privacy fence installed on 10/6/2025 by Oscar and his team. They were quick to come…read moreout for a quote and get us on their books, however, immediately after installation, we noticed our fence looked NOTHING like the quality of our neighbors installed by Kings. The wood was stained with white and green patches, it was rough, and looked plain bad quality. Oscar was not quick to come out and look at it. Instead, he sent people from his team to try and make quick fixes such as sanding it, and then an attempt to pressure wash it. Finally, he said "once you soft wash it before staining, it will be fine". He also offered to give us a deal on staining. Not to mention, wasn't written down anywhere. Fast forward to spring and it is time to stain it. Multiple companies for soft washing are NOT recommending to soft wash due to the POOR QUALITY of the wood. Which we tried to have Oscar fix multiple times! Now, we are stuck with this horrible looking fence we are forced to stain solid in hopes it will cover up a mess of a fence Oscar and his team left us. We also asked Oscar to give us a quote for staining. It took MONTHS of my husband calling and leaving messages as well as myself for him to send a simple "2k to stain it." text message back to me
