Never even mentioned money. 45 minutes later he was at the house. He got up on the roof and looked at the tree and the damage. He gave me a price to do the work. But before we even gave him the job. He offered to help my husband put tarps down on the roof. To keep the rain out of the house. He also cut back some of the tree to make it accessible to put the tarps down. He didn't have to help. Or could have asked for money to do it. He didn't. He gave us a quote of $2,200 to do the work. The next day we had two other tree companies come out to give us estimates. They could not beat his price. We gave reds tree service the job. He was here with his crew by 11:00 am that day. They worked till almost 9:00 pm that night. And returned the following day at 7:00am to finish. His crew was respectful. And hardworking. We were completely happy with work he performed. He was professional and courteous. The negative review I read when I got on Yelp about this business was so opposite of the experience I had that I had to share. That's what truly prompted me to write this review. I have recommended this business to several of my family member, business colleagues and neighbors. And they have had the same positive experience. Hopefully they will post reviews also. I was a bit worried based of another review but was extremely impressed with this group! Called…read morethem as they were close to my address, they sent someone out for a free estimate within a day. They took time to go over the plan and even offer suggestions to keep one of the three trees I was looking at removing. They put everything in writing and left me a copy. We called back and told them we would move forward and they put us on the schedule for the following week. Unfortunately we weren't home when they came but again they impressed us by removing the two trees and leaving nothing but the saw dust behind. Highly recommend giving them a try!
