I had a very positive experience with my realtor Charlotte Simmons. A friend of mine must have gave…read moreher my number because at the time of house hunting I was doing it solo and I received a random text from her and the rest is history. We met and discussed what I was looking for in a home. Single, never married, no kids with decent income gave me lots of options with my good credit score in a tough post covid market. She made a point early on that there are people out here looking at the same homes who have been searching for many months if not years and it is important when putting in an offer to stand out. We searched homes of various price ranges, conditions, locations ranging in the 413 / northern ct. and ones with multiple offers. Each home we looked at I learned something new as she explained what to look for that could be trouble down the line. My home is exactly what I was looking for. Although not on a body of water like a lake or in a wooded area, I made those sacrifices and put in one hell of an offer to purchases home I can proudly say is mine. I purchased my home June of 2023. Charlotte to this day still reaches out to see how I am doing and how the house is coming along by phone and by mail. I still use her welcome to your new home gift basket often and remind myself of the wisdom she has taught me to maintain the little things. I would highly recommend giving Charlotte a try if you are looking for a realtor and or looking for a new one.

Gabi was helpful in finding houses that suited our needs, talking us through what was/wasn't essential in a home, offering us contacts for various providers, and reassuring our anxieties, and she was exceptionally patient and kind as we went on many many tours with our three small children!

We submitted an offer that was $32,000 over the asking price and fully understand that sellers have…read moreevery right to accept whichever offer they feel is best. We have no issue with not being the winning offer. What was disappointing was the way the communication was handled. Before our agent was notified of the seller's decision, we discovered online that the home went under contract. Days later, our agent finally received an email stating that "the seller has accepted a much higher offer than yours." The wording and overall tone of that communication came across as condescending and unnecessarily rude. Combined with the delay in notifying our agent, it left us feeling that professionalism and courtesy were lacking throughout the process. Buying a home is one of the biggest financial and emotional decisions most people make. Even when an offer isn't accepted, buyers deserve timely, respectful communication. Based on this experience alone, I would not choose to use this agency's services in the future, nor would I feel comfortable recommending them to others. I hope this feedback encourages more respectful and professional communication with future buyers.

Real Estate in Longmeadow MA held an event to meet the Easter bunny and Bluey. After standing out in the rain for an hour we were rushed in with the staff muttering to themselves about how pissed off they were about the event. My daughter was hesitant to go up to the characters but we were continuously shouted at to hurry up. I myself can understand the incredible wait time was stressful for the staff, but the experience itself was awful. It will not be memorable in any way to my child because we probably spent less than a minute in the actual room with the characters. Having no one to help me, I was not even able to get a picture with my own phone because the woman refused to take one of us. I was told to scan a QR code where I will have to dig through hundreds of photos to find a rushed photo of me and my daughter. Standing behind a family, I overheard that this was not the first time the company held this type of event. Needless to say, we won't be back. The company would probably appreciate that since the wait time was ridiculous anyway ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
