So I literally have had PTSD from all the meds spas that I have attended in my past…read more I have to say that Lily Med Spa made me feel good from the day I booked my appointment to the day of my actual appointment! I scheduled for a hydra facial and at my scheduling I was given some new product and educated on how it would help prep my skin for my appointment! The product that was recommended has be life changing! I seen results with as soon as the first morning and night routine! When I arrived for my appointment about 3 weeks later I had a lot of inflammation as it was the week before my cycle. That is something that makes me feel comfortable to come back to stay dedicated to improving my skins health here at Lily Med Spa!

What a great experience. Annie took the time to listen to my concerns about the bags under my eyes…read moreand then made recommendations on how to best approach treatment. We discussed other areas where I wanted to look more "well rested"and Annie came up with a treatment plan over several phases. I'm happy to report I just finished my second treatment and when I look in the mirror I see younger eyes and fuller lips and an overall more rested looking face. I wanted something that looked natural and Annie definitely delivered. Now, I can't wait to return for the next phase. As someone who's in their wiser years I appreciate the consultative approach that Annie took by not only addressing my aesthetic look but also the health and improvement of my skin texture and elasticity. I've already recommended Annie to several of my friends and family members. If you're looking for someone who offers a full range of services and where you can be confident in their expertise, then look no further, Annie is the person to see.

I reached out to Aesthetic Intelligence through their website because I had several questions about…read moretheir services and pricing before deciding whether I wanted to move forward. Instead of answering my questions, the conversation turned into trying to get me to pay $100 nonrefundable deposit to book a consultation for my questions. As a potential client, I don't think it's unreasonable to want basic information before committing money to a consultation. I repeatedly tried to get answers to my questions so I could determine whether their services were a good fit and within my budget. Unfortunately, I never received the information I was asking for. What made the experience even more frustrating was that once it became clear I wasn't ready to pay the deposit without additional information, communication essentially stopped. Rather than addressing my concerns or answering my questions, I was ghosted. The entire interaction felt more focused on securing a deposit than helping a potential customer make an informed decision. Maybe their services are great, but based on my experience, customer communication and transparency during the inquiry process were disappointing.
