I had bought the converter and two Oxygen sensors about 7 years ago, after talking with the auto shop manager at TCTC, who said he would put me on the list. I had called several times, only to get excuses. I talked to the folks at Rick's Lifetime Muffler, and they told me that they would be glad to do it. I made the appointment, and they installed it, only to find out that I should have bought four oxygen sensors. It was my mistake, so I ordered the other two sensors, and they installed them for me without charging me for my mistake. While I was there, there were many customers who were repeat customers, some who came from out of state, who used to live in the area. This is a family run business ho the customers love, and I can see why.

I stopped in one day and was interested in buying a car I had seen online, I had sent in documents for Pre-approval, Chris has already worked with Sheree in financing to get everything ready before I arrived, and we went for a drive, I liked it and we got to working on paperwork. Sheree made the paperwork a breeze and was extremely helpful. Later, on my way home I had an issue with the car, thankfully it has a warranty and I purchased an Extended Warranty, needless to say, Chris and Andrew worked lightning fast to get me assistance, get the car back to the shop and had it ready to go the next day. Overall, I would highly recommend if you're in the market, shopping Ben Bissett in Mercer, they were very professional, helpful, and courteous.

The garage didn't fare so well, but thanks to Godfrey's body shop, the car looks better than it did when I bought it. I also go there for oil changes and inspections and have had nothing but great experiences. I think the other reviewer had a bad day and decided to yell at clouds on the internet, because everyone I talk to thinks this is a great local business. After dealing with Preston's in Sharon a few times (ugh), I will be a staunch Godfrey's customer for the rest of my Ford-buying days.
