Didn't get through the first call but called back a few minutes later and got an answer. The gentleman who answered was super friendly and knew the vehicle owners name and information as soon as I said it without looking anything up. Too me that is a level of personal service I am not really accustomed to these days. As for his truck they had it less time than expected. They completed the repairs under budget. Also, when the truck was finished you wouldn't have even known it was in a accident. I was also made aware as the step son is 18 they kept him apprised if the goings on regular through the whole repair as well! Overall super impressed and I highly recommend.

He worked well with our insurer and we got it back looking better than new about two weeks later. If I could give this business ten stars, I would. I found myself needing to get a dent fixed ASAP…read moreand I called four other businesses closer to my house. All of them told me the dent was too big to pop out and they couldn't help me. I called Ohio Dent Repair, text them photos of the damage and to my surprise, he said he was pretty confident that he could get that fixed and told me to come in at 3p the same day. I arrived a few minutes early. He was waiting for me and pulled the car into the bay and immediately got to work. I get nervous so I didn't watch him do the repair but 10 minutes later, the dent was nearly undetectable. Given how deep it and big the dent was, I can live with the few imperfections that are left behind. To the average eye, nothing happened. I also appreciate the fact that he said he could touchup the paint but the color wouldn't be an exact match and it would stick out even worse unmatched, then untouched. I ended up calling the dealer and ordering a touchup paint stick from them so that I can fix the three very small spots where the paint did get chipped. I could not be more happy with the service they provided today and will never use anyone else for this service, if I ever need it again. Top notch! Great customer service! Great work!

I called and asked about getting my vehicle in to have two new tires put on. I already had the tires but just needed them mounted and balanced. The gentleman I spoke to told me to bring it right in and they could have it done by the end of the day. I asked if there was anyway possible way to have it done by 11:30 AM due to needing the vehicle for work purposes and he stated they should be able to accommodate me. Not only did they have it done by the time I requested, it was done by approx. 10:30 AM. Considering I called and then dropped it at 9 AM and they had it done an hour before the time I requested, I'd say this is fantastic customer service from start to finish. The gentleman I dealt with was friendly and courteous as well. Great experience and I think I may have found my new local shop to take my vehicles to.

They cited that their shop has been sued multiple times in the past Which makes me wonder what they have done to be sued so many times that they had to create a policy. The gentleman behind the desk and one of the mechanics suggested that I lie in the future about having done any work on my car so they are actually promoting lying and dishonest acts Which further makes me worry about and wonder about their integrity and adds Creedence to the fact that they have been sued multiple times. I would highly recommend trying somewhere else and not doing any business with this place. My father and brother were mechanics and I grew up around a garage and it is worrisome and unethical to turn down work out of fear of being sued again. There are plenty of other garages in the area. I recommend seeking out one of them.
