Stayed here for almost a week and had a great experience. Nice staff, plenty of free parking,…read moredecent breakfast, 4 nice luggage carts, always have ice cold fruit infused water in the lobby, bathroom has lots of counter space, laundry is $3 to wash and $3 to dry card only. Breakfast review: The food was cold most of the time, lots of condiments/toppings like shredded cheese, hot sauce, salsa, nice yogurt selection usually two different brands and lots of flavors, if you stay longer than a day, the hot items usually are different each day. The 1st day the breakfast potatoes weren't cooked enough and the sausage was cold. The 2nd day no potatoes, barely any seating due to a large group, sausage was cold. The 3rd day the potatoes needed to be cooked longer, bacon was the thin kind, scrambled eggs, food was actually hot. The 4th day the potatoes needed to be cooked longer yet again, cut up sausage was really yummy. The 5th day they had small cheese omelets that barely had any cheese, regular sausage links, potatoes were cold, and not as many choices for yogurt. They have a waffle maker but there could be a long line if it's busy as there's only 1. Not enough seating for breakfast especially when large groups come and the tables and chairs are too close together that they're in the way and you can't walk in between. The staff are good about refilling food and supplies and cleaning tables. The breakfast is open 6-10am everyday which is nice.

Dirty, dust on floor. Dirty towels in piles looked like it had not been cleaned in months. Even though we had requested it to front desk when we reported room was dirty when we checked in. 5) We are Hilton honors members and are very disappointed and disgusted with the condition of this hotel.

Someone broke into multiple cars on 12/29/24, breaking windows and strewing suitcase contents all over the parking lot. Our room was missing two lightbulbs in the lamps, the floor was sticky. We left the air conditioner fan on to drown sounds from the nearby freeway. The coffee maker coffee tray did not fit the maker. I had to hold it in place to make some of the worst coffee I've had. The drains in the bathtub and sink were very slow. I was standing in 3" of water at the end of my shower. Ceiling tiles were cracked and stained. The common area was clean, and the cold breakfast food was good. The prepared food was not good at all. There are missing buttons in both elevators and wires are showing.

I love low-key places that put you in the heart of things while providing privacy, comfort, and luxury. Upon arrival we were greeted by Adam. He was kind and welcoming. He made us feel right at home. After showing us to our room and settling he left us to explore. What a beautifully decorated bed and breakfast. The decor inside of our room and throughout the manor was breathtaking. I took my time exploring each room in the common areas to make sure I didn't miss a thing! Our room was located on the first floor towards the front of the house. It was clean, smelled great and spacious. All of the amenities for a in-home spa experience were provided. They even sell spa packages. I bought the lavender scented on because that's one of my favorite scents. We decided to run and pick up something to eat and bring it back to the bed and breakfast. You have the option to eat inside of your room or in the inclosed patio. We chose to sit in patio which is where breakfast is eaten as well. They offer complimentary breakfast that's served buffet style. When we got to breakfast the next morning I asked for a fresh pot of eggs. They had no problem accommodating and the food was very good. If you book a stay during the warmer months you'll love the option to take a dip in the beautiful pool. If there's an emergency Adam is just a phone call away and not far. His quarters are on the property grounds as well.

The 24 hour coffee & snack availability (bagels, toast, marble cake and mini fruit danish) was great after coming back from a long day. Our room was cleaned daily. I have nothing negative to say about this stay. Accommodations were exactly as stated and seen on the website. Adam was a great host.

I chose a smoking room intentionally, but the smell triggered coughing due to my own health concerns, so we asked to switch rooms. The manager initially said "we don't have a room ready" and then insisted we "couldn't" switch without paying extra ($150) because the reservation was for a smoking room; when I asked the fee amount I got the runaround before it was eventually resolved. Upon arrival, my girlfriend and I were told our original room was not ready, and so we were assigned to a different "smoking" room. As a neurodivergent guest, the unclear communication and resistance made the situation overwhelming and unnecessarily stressful. Suggestions for future guests: inspect room readiness before check-in, offer non-smoking alternatives immediately when smoke or cleanliness is reported, disclose any fees up front, and train staff to respond with clear answers and brief apologies. Photo evidence available on request.

I've stayed at the Courtyard Atlanta Norcross/I-85 several times now…read more First off - the correct business name is: Courtyard Atlanta Norcross/I-85 NOT: Courtyard by Marriott Atlanta Norcross/I-85 This is verifiable by visiting the hotel web site: https://www.marriott.com/hotels/travel/atljc-courtyard-atlanta-norcross-i-85/ I've attempted to get Yelp to correct it - but since someone has "locked" the business listing - somehow that equals in Yelp's mind that all information is correct. The hotel is a bit on the older side. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The HVAC worked very well in my room. WiFi was fast and reliable. The room had a comfortable bed and a mini-fridge. However, the rooms have these tiny, older HD TV's - I'm guessing they are about the size of a 32" computer screen. AND - a lot of the channels are standard def channels. We are now in the day and age where it makes no sense of hotels to even offer SD channels. They look awful. I was attempting to watch the Tuesday night college football game on ESPNU - and the channel was standard def only. Whereas ESPN and ESPN2 are HD channels. Marriott - time to dump the standard def channels - and upgrade the HD TV's in your rooms to much larger TV's. The mounting area above the desk is clearly designed to handle much larger HD TV's. Should be at least a 50-55" HD TV. Down in the Bistro in the lobby - at the Bar - they have one local craft beer - 420 Pale Ale from Sweet Water Brewing Co - which is an excellent ale. I drank the last two of on a Monday night while watching Monday Night Football. As of Wednesday morning - they still had not restocked. With all the local breweries - it would be nice to see some additional local options instead of the usual extensive line up from Anheuser-Busch, Miller, Coors, etc. Staff was very nice. #CourtyardAtlantaNorcross/I-85

Another mediocre stay at another old property that's been "renovated." The staff were all very…read morepolite and professional, with the exception of my usual complaints regarding housekeeping. The banging on doors at 8AM yelling "housekeeping" is a bit much and a bit early. The letting of doors slam rather than gently closing them is unnecessary. The shower handle needs to be tightened so it will stay at that perfect temperature rather than sliding down each time so I don't feel like a crawfish in a boil. I used floss to rig up a way to hold it. The placement of the smoke detectors is awful. I'm a light sleeper and having this thing strobe all night made my sleep very unrestful. The room is very dark, but that strobe... The HVAC unit has a selection to keep the fan on, but it won't stay on. Instead, you get to wake up to the unit clattering on and off all night. The reason I'd like the fan to stay on? The walls are super thin and the management chose to place loud people next to me night after night. It's a good thing I bring earplugs, but sleeping in them is a last resort and makes the ear canals sore. The location is pretty bad as well, with very limited walking amenities, unless you want to be killed by disrespectful drivers. These bastions of humanity apparently think because you're walking you are below them and they don't need to follow the law regarding walk symbols at cross walks giving the right of way to pedestrians. This does seem to be a southern thing, drive that way in Seattle and people will attack your car, seriously. I won't be back. Then again, I'm hoping I can (fingers crossed) avoid this metropolitan area for years and years to come.
