The entire space felt neglected and uncared for -- the kind of place where it's clear ownership hasn't invested a dime in years. I spoke with the front desk clerk, who was pleasant and professional, but let's be real: a smile can't fix a crumbling facility. Nothing was resolved, and frankly, I didn't expect it to be. To whoever manages this location: please don't bother replying with a canned apology and a "we're looking into this" comment. This isn't about optics. It's about safety, cleanliness, and basic hospitality -- all of which are missing here. Unless you're tearing it down to rebuild or putting real money into restoring it, no one should be staying here. You can't slap the word "Quality" on a sign and call it a day. This place is an embarrassment to the brand and a warning to travelers. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

No facial tissue in the plastic box on the lavatory counter. Only about one yard of TP left on the roll. One little bar of soap. No towel rack in the shower room, but there is a small hook on the back of the door about four feet away from he tub. The TV didn't work. Someone from the staff showed us (and wrote down) some arcane mumbo-jumbo with the remote that worked once, but never again. After we learned the password, the WIFI worked weakly now and then. Don't know exactly how the hole in the bathtub was repaired, but the rubber mat glued to the bottom is a nice touch. The air conditioner sounds like a helicopter taking off when the compressor starts. Who knows why the bed is 3' off the floor? I could go on. On the other hand, the office manager, Courtney, was very gracious and made the best of the available resources.
