The only thing I can say positive about this place is the beds are comfortable. The showers are…read moreweak, the place is dated and in need of some serious renovations. I travel for work and I've been to some bad places but this is up there in the department of offensive experiences in terms of modern conveniences. I don't want to sound dramatic but when I go to long term stay accommodation places there are certain expectation I uphold and one of them is a working functioning washer and dryer. When I found out the dryer was out of order I asked if there was another on premises. I was told no, I kind of debriefed her and asked if this was an extended stay hotel! She replied yes. Then I said why is it that you only have ONE washer and dryer on site for over 200 rooms? She did not know which means I have to NOW go OFFSITE and find a Laundromat and do it there. I was not happy. She apologized ( I wasn't rude but standoffish to the point I was driving home) To continue my drama... the rest of the evening goes like this. I Yelped the location of the laundromat, find out there is only one in the 10 mile area... I hurriedly zoom to the place & secured two washing machines then something tells me I need to check the change machine before I unpack. GASP... No change... I collect my stuff and head back to the car towards Walmart which should be able to accommodate. I get there, go in, head to the service desk. They do NOT give change... UGH! But the manager was nice enough to share with me that there was a car wash port next door and I could probably scrounge up some change there. Bingo! Brilliant! I thanked her and off I went. Got the change headed back to the Laundromat, unloaded my clothes put the change in only to find out that I forgot to pack my laundry pods. I just stood there, dumbfounded... I couldn't do anything but laugh... What is god trying to tell me??? I asked the fella next to me who's using the same detergent I do if I could get two swirls of detergent. He was happy to do so... Finally, two hours of this I head back to the hotel room. Put on the game and nodded off to sleep. Some days are just what they are silly and insane. Chalk it up to travelers miscues. And then move on! Lol

Con artist Foreign indians run this nasty hotel. It's filthy, disheveled, dirty walls, pealing…read morepaint and wall paper everywhere. I call them con artists because they concocted a scheme to make me pay for my animals twice. I reserved a room and paid a one time fee for my two dogs. However, I needed the room again so the next morning I went to pay for the room again. They checked me out at 9:28. Then later that day, my hotel door is being banged on my hotel staff demanding I pay another pet fee for my second day. Corporate policy says if you stay multiple days it's only a one time pet fee to pay. Pet fee is 25 a dog. I have two dogs so 50 bucks. I ended up paying 100 for my dogs for two days. Instead of being charged with the same stay, same room, same pet fee, they checked me out on purpose to sustain another pet fee. I will be contacting corporate and issuing very damaging facts to get my money back. Avoid at all costs. They're INDIAN FRAUDSTERS LIKE THE SOMALIS IN MINNEAPOLIS

Entering the room, one is met by a single, blinding, bright white, entry can light (the only ceiling light) reminiscent of a hospital operating room. Walk over the sticky uneven "laminate" flooring is comparable to a kayak on the Bay of Biscay during Autumn months, but no worries, the lack of light makes for quite an adventure! Stumble into the main quarters, and reach for that lamp, only to be teased with a non-functioning light source - stolen from a dorm from after an ASU frat party. Don't worry, the drunken geniuses 2 doors down give you a sound sense of direction with their nonsensical screaming over the Cleveland Browns vs Cincinnati Bengals game. Finally, a place to turn on the tube and relax... Hit the power button and wait... and wait... and wait... until the screen mocks you for your ignorance. "No signal". Could it be the wrong input? No. Is it a disconnected HDMI cable? No. Is it the battery cover which doesn't stay on the back of the remote? No. Oh well, at least I have a clean shower to relieve some stress. Walk into the bathroom, and relieved by the sight of a large, LED backlit mirror. Finally, a place to unwind. Where is the switch to the fart fan? You know I'm gonna steam it up with my hot shower. Ha! Jokes on you - that vent is purely part of the gorgeous aesthetic, beautifully accented by Helen Keller's phenomenal paint touch up skills blending egg shell with gloss. Inspired! Jump in the fine aquatic escape from reality, but wait! What a fun game of dodge the hepatitis infested rusty screw heads protruding from the wall! How exhilarating! Shower the day's stress away, dry off, and reach for the bathroom door. What is that? Is it poo, mud, or the begrudging leftovers from this afternoon's escapade at an equally fine establishment - Taco Bell!? Oh well, at least I can adjust the temperature on the thermostat and achieve equilibrium while I sleep. Choose 67 degrees Fahrenheit? Ok, auto adjust to 63, that will work. Changing the settings seems to be a mere suggestion, but let the uncertainty carry me through the night with full excitement! There is a Rodeway Inn next door... Nawww, I can smell the Fentanyl burning from the sealed window - better not test those rousing seas. What a grand advent!

We come this way about once a year and have stay here before. I believe it has new owners in 2025…read more As you can see in the video it very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the towels were soft. Not like other hotels in the area that you receive an exfoliation while using. The check in was easy with friendly staff. I checked in around…read more5-6am after not getting any sleep for 3 days due to the fact that I had been sitting with my dad and I'm a light sleeper. So, I decided that in order to get some sleep I needed to go check-in to a nearby hotel, Candlewood Suites being the closest since I was walking from the hospital. For some reason, the guy who checked me in required assistance from someone on the phone several times and it took a while to get a room. After getting the receipt, I noticed the rate for one day was higher than I was quoted, I asked about it and the guy said that's what it is. I just wanted to get some sleep, so I signed it, got my room key card and headed towards my room. I stopped in the little store area to see what kind of soft drinks were available, almost nothing that I liked was available, most of the drinks were of the "diet" flavor, which to me is absolutely disgusting. I asked the guy at the front desk if there were any non-"diet" drinks, he said that's all they had. Oh well, I guess I will just drink water then, so I continued to go back to my room. Upon entering the room, I turned the light on by the door and it's flickering due to a bulb going out, not a big deal but a little annoying. As I got settled into bed, the air conditioner came on and it made some high pitched squeaking sounds. I called up to the front desk and the guy who checked me in said that he couldn't do anything tonight and I would have to wait until the morning. (Why didn't he just give me another room?) The next day I get up and go to the hospital to see my dad, when I came back later that evening, the light and the AC unit hadn't been fixed. At this point, I'm getting sorta frustrated by the lack of care or concern for my situation. I also noticed other issues like the TV remote wasn't working after hitting the power button a number of times and the TV stand was broken, which caused the TV to tilt forward. (Super easy to fix the TV stand with some strong glue, but I don't think they care.) After the next night, I picked up the manager's card at the front desk on my way out to get some breakfast and go see my dad at the hospital. On the way up there, I called the manager (Erick), he said he would go to my room and get everything fixed, but when he called back, he said the light, AC and TV were working fine. He did say he was going to fix the extra charge for the room, since I was quoted a different rate, but when I said that I might stay a few more nights, he said that the rate would be higher. I told Erick that the flickering light and AC were not "fine", I know that the AC normally doesn't make those high pitched squeaking sounds and there is no way the light flickering is acceptable. He seemed like he was more concerned about having to fix the light and stuff than making sure the guest has a comfortable stay at the hotel. Additionally, Erick was very condescending when it came to the TV issues, saying he would leave the TV on, so he can "prove" to me that the TV worked fine, saying he would leave two remotes. All I really cared about was the light and the AC issues, but I kept finding other problems when they didn't fix these things the first time I called. Once I got back to the hotel later on the second day, I get back to my room and turn on the light, it seems whoever "fixed" the light put a different type of bulb into the fixture resulting in one warm light bulb and one cool light bulb. They also didn't put the diffuser cover back on, so the difference was much more noticeable. They left the cover and tools on top of the kitchen cabinets. Then I went to check the AC unit, but instead of fixing it, they just turned the thermostat temperature up, so the AC would come on less? I turned down the temperature and the AC comes on with the same squeaking noise, at this point I'm beyond frustrated. Why didn't Erick call back to tell me the AC wasn't fixed? Why didn't he call back to suggest moving to another room? He mentioned it earlier but said he would try to "fix" things first. He did not "fix" anything but the TV, which I promptly turned off since I don't really watch TV and wanted to get some sleep. I turned off the mismatched light and hopped into bed, and something I didn't notice before was the light outside my room window by the pool is also flickering. (I wonder if they just switched the bulbs with the one in my room?)
