On our last trip I was looking for something fun for a couple of 11 year old boys to do on a cold day and found this place online. It was super clean, well organized and lots of fun. I think 11 years old was probably the top end of the age range unless you were doing laser tag or virtual golf but we had fun. Like I said I have been to a ton of these places over 15 years and was very impressed with the cleanliness and efficiency of this one!

I was told to stop and can not hold my daughters (Who is special needs) hand to assist her to jump. Literally jumping an inch or two off the ground. I get their are rules, and you are not going to catch everyone but, others were doing the same and even pointed out by one of the owners while we were talking yet said absolutely nothing to them?? We have never felt she was not welcomed at a place until we tried to celebrate her bday at Quake. Such a sickening feeling as parents. We never had this issue at Max Air. I'm just glad she doesn't have the understanding to know what happened, to feel unwanted so she could still attempt to enjoy her bday.. Again needed to add this edit due to the lies of this company. First we were never told that we could move to bigger trampoline and continue to jump assisting my daughter like in the video. In fact I had to demonstrate to you in the adjacent bigger trampoline how I was jumping like in the video and was told that wouldn't work. Second in your video of rules we watched I did nothing close to depicted as double jumping or jumping too close to a smaller person as clearly seen in the video below. I was very gently assisting my physically handicapped daughter to jump. Absolutely nothing dangerous in that. Shameful and shady of a company to respond with lies instead of facts. Then to suggest that I'm putting my daughter at such dangerous risk to her safety is a joke. Much like how this company has responded to this whole thing.

We soon found ourselves in the same predicament, having to wait for assistance in order to turn in our tickets. I don't blame the one employee working, because it was apparent they were working very hard to handle everyone there. They were even kind enough to apologize for the wait. Shame on management for setting their employees up to fail.

This is a pretty old place although there was some construction going on. Looks like a few new lanes are being put in to the right. I like bowling alley's like this far more than the newer flashier ones. No, you don't have to keep your own score here. They do have automated scoring so no worries there. We had some beers and some french fries (good ones) and bowled a few games. All in all you can do much worse with a night in Walla Walla.

We originally wanted to do…read morekaraoke, but since there weren't any options available at the time, we decided to go bowling instead. The first game went fine, but halfway through our second game, an employee named Mary approached our lane and rudely demanded to know why I was using the disabled/child bowling ramp and a 7-pound bowling ball. I have an old wrist injury from high school that makes it difficult and painful for me to bowl without accommodations. When I tried to explain this, Mary became argumentative and continued to challenge my explanation rather than simply accepting it. The interaction was uncomfortable and completely ruined the mood of our outing. What made the situation even more frustrating was that there were no children waiting to use the ramp, and there was another ramp available in the arcade area. There was no shortage of equipment, so there was no reason for me to be questioned in the first place. As someone working in hospitality, I was shocked by the lack of professionalism and respect I received as a paying customer. Disabilities and injuries are not always visible, and customers should not be made to justify their need for accessibility equipment in front of others. I left feeling embarrassed and disappointed by the way I was treated.

Hubby's pizzas are just amazing. I tried their mushrooms for the first time, and they looked a bit different--they're actually canned mushrooms, which is not what I'm used to. But they were still delicious, in my opinion. You can get Parmesan and red chili flakes at the table. There is also a salad bar, and the staff is always making sure everything is stocked and clean. They provide plates for the salad bar when you pay for your order (if you order an actual salad bar plate). There's a fountain machine for sodas, and the staff fills up your drink.
