So disappointed! I am vegan and wanted a veggie breakfast burrito. Thought this place would be able to accomplish that. In their vegetarian omelette they have spinach mushrooms, bell pepper, onion and tomatoes. I was specific I wanted avocado in there as well and thought he got it. Paid $21 for 2 burritos (1 vegan 1 not) get home and it's not just down the street for me it's on the other side of town...no avocado the only form of protein in the burrito the veggies were soaked through the tortilla, just a big soggy mess. My daughter says "make it a scramble." I could have made a scramble from my own ingredients at home. The moral to the story is there anywhere putting out quality food these days? read more

This place is so frustrating I haven't been in here in about seven years due to the last unexceptional experience (time and time again). Tonight, I needed to head up to the arena and wanted to grab something quick. So I gave it another shot. I ordered a salad. Being in the rush I was in, I didn't think to check to see if it had a fork and napkins. I got up to the arena - not only did it not have a fork - the dressing that was tossed in the bag was open and spilled everywhere. The salad looks mediocre, at best - however, I wouldn't know, without a fork. It may seem like a simple thing - but honestly, it's such poor customer service. We came with my mother in law today and wow wow wow.. such a disappointment with the food and service, I ordered the bacon avocado cheeseburger combo with fries and a drink. My husbands go to is always a colossal burger and his burger was not "colossal" at all. I have a photo of their colossal burger last year for reference and you can see how skimpy my husbands burger was today. DEFINITELY AVOID THE BEEF DIP SANDWICH AT ALL COST. My mother in law literally took two bites and it was trash. Not edible at all!! As soon as you took a bite, the dry, leftover, extremely over cooked meat just crumbled in your mouth. I thought she was exaggerating until I took a bite. Again, inedible. Once the food was delivered to our table, not one staff member came to check on our table. We regret tipping. Management was across from us at a table with staff. Passing out money to employees and just chatting it up. Definitely will not be recommending Rodeo Burger. I love Rodeo Burger!! I used to work nearby and went a few times a week for breakfast and lunch. Like most restaurants, they cannot get it absolutely correct every single time, but gosh, I miss this place. The Burgers are great, they have excellent side choices and for the price the quality is pretty amazing. RB is more than just a burger place. There are burritos, soups, and quite an overall extensive menu. The Mexican food is pretty good. If you are driving nearby, do drop by. I actually live 22 miles north and I will occasionally pack up the car and drive here. I am glad it is not a chain restaurant, too. This is a small business and I am happy to eat here. read more

This is a favorite spot for me and my family. All the burgers here are fantastic, and that is saying a lot because we're typically pretty picky with the burger spots we go to. They have some the best fries in town with their perfect seasoning and consistency. We also love the rest of the menu...breakfast is good. and specialties like the gyros and something as simple as a taco salad is not just huge, but very well done. Highly recommended!! My only complaint, and it is a small one, is that recently they removed their shake machine and stopped offering what was, to that point, our favorite shakes in town. Very sad. I had much higher hopes for this place than what we got. The building is clean, well decorated, and large enough for a crowd. They do semi self service whereas you order in front and they bring your food out to you. Upon approaching the counter to see the menu above the kitchen I was hit with glaring lights that are in the ceiling. Basically you have to shield your eyes to see their menu which is a bit annoying. We went because I wanted to try the frisco burger that people had been raving about and my girlfriend wanted a carne asada salad. First the salad... It looked great in a big fried tortilla bowl topped with ample carne asada on top. But one bite of the meat and you notice it is under seasoned and full of gristle. Under that was an ample amount of avocado, lettuce, and cheese so that was nice. Now the frisco burger... I was excited because they say the buns are made with toasted cheese on them. But come to find out it's the wrong kind of cheese for a frisco. They use cheddar. To those who like that I get it but I have only ever had white cheese on a frisco and the cheddar was overpowering to the rest of the burger. I was unimpressed with the hamburger patties as well, they were thin and flavorless. This place could use some season salt or something. Overall, I found the food to be lackluster at best. I can see why there was only one other table of guests in the there, and they were teenagers. This place could be hopping if they were to just step up their food game. I've been coming here for a few years now. Overall, good food and fast service. There are a couple times where they have forgotten to add avocado to my burgers, but they always are willing to help correct the issue over the phone. It isn't about the mistake, but the way you resolve the issue that makes me more apt to come back. The portions are great as well. I mostly come here now whenever I have a burger craving. We came here based on a Yelp review. It was about 20 mins before they closed but they provided beyond amazing service. Everything was fresh and delicious. I will absolutely return and recommend eating here. The customer service is amazing. I ordered the avocado bacon cheeseburger with onion rings and my husband ordered the Philly cheesesteak with French fries. Both are so good. The fries and hot and flavorful. The onion rings and crispy and the batter is so perfectly seasoned. They have coffee and sodas for you to serve your self. The menu not only has breakfast but lunch and dinner. We have frequented this little burger spot for about 4 years now. But our most recent visits have forced me to re-look at my 5 star review. In it's defense, it is family owned, clean and friendly. I love that we can sit outside with our Lilly-pup, one of only a few establishments in the area that are pet friendly and offer shade. However, our recent food experiences have not been as rewarding as the original. Have my taste buds changed, or is it just not good anymore? The hamburger that hooked us at first, has been horrible the last two times, over grilled and dry, something no amount of secret sauce could cover up. The quesadilla that looks so awesome in the pictures, was a major disappointment flavor-wise. Impressive in volume, it still ended up in the trash. The carne asada was ho-hum, the eggs over cooked, the remainder of ingredients just not good. Something was definitely missing that even salsa could not fix. My simple breakfast of bacon and eggs was another fail. The bacon was dull and burnt, the over-medium eggs were overcooked, the potatoes were grilled on an uncleaned grill. I do not care for whatever oil product they use on the grill. I am saddened with the changes. I hope they can work this out as it pains me to lower their rating. read more
