I can't thank them enough for the care and concern they showed from the front desk ladies explaining paperwork, to Surgical Assistants Miriam and one other. So amazingly nice. They did great work, I was in and out in a relatively short time, with full instructions for after care, and prescriptions called in and waiting for me at my local pharmacy. You cannot go wrong choosing Dr. Womack and staff for any of your oral surgical needs. I'd give 10 stars if I could. I'm terrified of dental procedures and they made it so easy. Thanks to all, especially Dr. Womack.

They surprised me with an…read more$800 deposit due at the time that I sat in the OR after my vitals were already taken and check-in was complete. And mind you they have a 15% charge if you miss your appointment. So if you couldn't pay what happens? I didn't have 800 dollars I wasn't even aware it was due until after I was getting prepped. I asked if I can put 200 for now. They made an exception but it just felt really weird and messed up. That's all I had for the next two weeks. I was scared. Usually it's courteous to give a rough estimate before the appointment so one comes prepared. This is with insurance so they were attempting to charge me based on my policy coverage prior to billing occurring. They also didn't offer me any options prior for the wisdom teeth removal whether it be local or IV sedation. It was just a charge list that they handed to me without offering any options. They also didn't talk about any changes that are possible for the sedation process which is the pricey area. Make sure you guys advocate for yourselves and make informed decisions before you walk into any office. Make sure to call and inquire about patient responsibility too so you come prepared for your appointment or have to reschedule. This is something they really need to work on and I'm really disappointed. But I'll end on a positive note, doctor called me in the evening to check on me. Office was responsive when I told them about my stitches coming out. They gave great after care instructions and provided appropriate pain management.

I can tell he's been doing this for a long time because between the X-ray our pediatric dentist sent over and just looking at my poor swollen face kid he knew what needed to be done. We thought he was funny and caring and both her Dad and I agreed we liked him a lot better than another local practice that was scheduling so far out, regardless of emergency. We saw mostly teens and ours is just little yet, elementary school. They walked her back so nicely and I think his own wife hung around her in recovery. Dr Kelson came back to go over what he found inside, so nice and really cared about a little one. We all got her out to my car. He told me to not hesitate to call if things worsened and he would do a round of antibiotics. THEN when I least expected it my phone rang at 6:30pm as he called to check in on her. If we need anything else in the future, I hope we don't. We'll be coming back.

My issue is that I paid about half the fees up front, being assured that our insurance would cover the balance. I proceeded to continue gettingbilled for both surgeries every month or so following the initial visit, several hundred dollars at a time. I have no way of knowing if this will stop and am being told by the office that my insurance is to blame. I work in this industry, and this is not the norm. This visit was tied to my teeth so to speak. I wanted them to be happy and so I checked on them. To my Delight (and my teeth- I love them so much!), I found a lovely, peaceful, collaborative and DIVERSE-ly skilled TEAM! Who were able to give me a WORLD CLASS on how to: check in on my teeth (regularly), let The Experts! Take a look to see, and then make recommendations for me and my teeth! I was given at least 3 that suited me! I also, checked in- on how to pay for this? Or? Since I know it can be expensive and an extra! Cost I may not be able to afford at this time. Since I live in the Wonderful! PACNW, and in Washington State in particular, I had OPTIONS I could sit with and utilize based on my current S(ocio) E(conomic) S(tatement) about Support! I found my CHOICES to be excellent and Awesome for my needs specifically! Based on the package I chose at this time the Options and What clinics/sites accepted this lovely voucher included (but was not limited to) a place that provided: * A workable schedule and variety of options to come in! * A clear explanation of the kinds of questions I will be asked in order to receive services. * A code of conduct that stated what they were committed to offering me for choosing their Sat-Ya-Lite TEAM. * A diversity or ways they all helped me listen to translation and different ways of communicating the SAME thing! Which is: WE CARE About YOU and Your Teeth! * Friendliness and Kindness, as well as Patience! (Since I was not totally into the look- see, of my teeth which take a lot of substance for me!) I chose to let the generosity of Washington State's HCA Care package (if I want to receive it- and I DO! offered me these 3 initial options: * A check-in and assessment with recommendations! * X-rays if needed to see further in (so they can give me an accurate) Assessment! * 2- follow-up cleanings per year! * A nice summary sheet of what occurred and what comes next when you leave the appointment! My Paired Team today was totally AWESOME! Shout out to! U! A Dentist by the name of GHAZI M BEN KURA, I loved your coat and chair-side tone!) and his phenomenal Assistant AKRAMA!
