Alex's tree Services ~ Great job, Value, And Quality!!!…read moreReceived great customer service from Mr. Thomas the sales person, the quote he gave was a very good price. The quality and value received for cutting down such a Monster of a Tree with moss was outstanding. The crew arrived early this morning right before 7am as promised and they finished the job before 3pm. They removed the tree, and the stump, as well as cleaned up all the debries. Really impressed with the entire process. I would highly recommend Alex's Tree Service for any size job whether Humungous or small.

It was a tricky job because access to the tree was limited and the tree's branches stretched over two roofs, making it a real challenge for any size crane. I got several estimates from tree companies in Charlotte which were much more expensive and less sure about being able to do the job without damaging landscaping in my backyard. However Fisher assured me they could tackle the job with precision and at a reasonable price! And so the choice was easy. I went with Fisher and I am delighted to say that I did not sacrifice quality for affordability. Fisher efficiently and safely removed this gigantic behemoth of a tree. I was extremely impressed with the knowledge, courtesy and skill of the entire crew. I have recommended them to friends and I will only be using Fisher from now on for any tree issues in my yard.

Fisher's never responded to my phone message, contact form or Facebook message. Currently, Fisher's is sitting out front of my house on the street making all kinds of noise cutting and chipping another neighbor's tree while I work on a project (I work from home). It's like Fisher's came and parked right in front of me to remind me that they never responded to my inquiry. Lack of response makes a customer feel quite insignificant. I try to be reasonable and courteous because that's how I like to be treated. I have no specific vendetta against the company, but this has been my experience with Fisher's. This one has irked me to say the least.

Todd and his team showed up right on schedule, introduced themselves, and walked me through exactly what they would be doing. But the crew worked with such precision and professionalism that I felt reassured right away. They used the right equipment, carefully cut and lowered each section, and made sure nothing was damaged in the process. What really impressed me was how organized and coordinated they were--every member of the team knew their role, and it showed. After the trees were down, they didn't just leave a mess behind. They hauled everything away, ground the stumps, threw down hay and seed and cleaned up so thoroughly that my yard actually looked better than before they started.
