When I walked in, I received a friendly greeting, and then promptly was asked to produce ID, which I did... had to prove I was over 21. I get it. What I didn't appreciate was the scanning of my ID. Oh well, I know businesses have to take precautions. But then, she didn't return my ID. I asked for it back and she refused saying I would get it back when I was ready to leave. Seriously? I promptly recovered my ID and left. I will not comply with these draconian policies. Maybe I'm too sensitive, but after I left, I just drove down the road for bit to a different establishment and enjoyed a much better experience. read more

Literally the only dispensary I have ever been in where someone has been rude. The lady up front acted like it was an inconvenience to be serving me and was extremely condescending. I'll never return and recommend ANY of the other dispensaries in the area over this one. read more

The store and selection were fine but it's a small shop and there were about 5 customers inside not wearing masks, chatting it up, roaming around the entire store, invading other customers' space as if covid doesn't exist. The staff didn't say anything to them about masks or distancing and took an extremely long time to check customers out, causing high levels of anxiety as these covidiots swarmed the store. I hope this store will strengthen its mask policy and crack down on selfish trash customers who could get its entire staff and many other customers sick with their stupidity and disregard for other people. I hope I didn't get covid because of this store's laxness. But it's very possible that I did. I wouldn't recommend going in here. If you absolutely have to go, you should order online and pickup at the window if you don't want to get covid. read more

I was visiting from Chicago to see my Aunt and we stopped in Ridgeway on the way to the Dallas Divide. Popped in to ask if there were any edible bites. The guy behind the counter seemed annoyed and almost rude. Maybe it was the mask. These are weird times. Anyway, have had MUCH better experiences at other dispensaries. Would not recommend this place. Loved Colorado but this was the only disappointment. However, there is this great Mexican restaurant called El Agave Azul. Great margs. Popped by this place to pick up some gifts from "Santa." I have little to no bud-knowledge, but the employees were knowledgeable and friendly. They didn't seem frustrated with my lack experience. They also had lots of interesting, non-traditional weed filled items in various strengths: patches, soda, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, gummies, hard candies, patches, chapsticks, facial oil, bath stuff, etc. Best yet, they had CBD products for folks just looking for the healing properties and not the buzz. read more

This dispensary was so quaint and cozy! The bud tender was awesome and I didn't feel rushed or like I was imposing on his time. My husband was just in around 630 this evening. The new bud tender Zaleigh "eileen" was extremely rude. She was not knowledgeable in the products she was offering and when she offered my husband one he knew he did not like, she snapped back with "well what do you want then". He decided he did not want any further products and had his two other items taken to check out. This is where he was met with more attitude and rushed out with a crumpled up and crappily stapled together bag. Next time, wait for another bud tender, we have never had such horrible service and it's just upsetting because everyone there is always so nice and knowledgeable, not with Zaleigh. read more

We were in from out of town and got cartridge pens along with other items that were guaranteed to work and the pens both had never been used before and still would not work with over an hour of charging. I guess all the four star ratings are old because this dispensary has gone from the best to the worst in two years. It's dismal. I used to go there all the time, but never again. They have raised their prices and secretively. For months, they listed the low shelf as sold out. Then they replaced it with an even more expensive shelf than their Top Shelf...for the really rich people. At least one of the guys who works there is sexist and demeans women. He is very young, but learn kid! They still sell oil that has ingredients other than just THC in them. Their vape pens...well, if you want to take chances with your lungs because they won't pull any products unless they are told to by the govt. Yeah, like that would happen. STAY AWAY!
