This store had no signs posted in the window regarding dogs so we proceeded to enter when a man in the street proceeded to yell at us that no dogs were allowed. You should post signs clearly in your window if you want people to respect your wishes. Otherwise, please don't scream at us from the street.

We shopped at other places, couldn't find what I wanted, so I came back after her lunch was up. We found a sweatshirt in small, my wife's usual size, brought it back home but it was small on her. The cost was $65.62 paid on my debit card. My wife called the store, told them about the size issue, she returned it and had to pay for the return. We checked after a few days and they had received the merchandise, waited some more time, but never saw a refund on our card. We called the manager a few times, asking about the refund, as usual they were very rude, and the third time told us that the owner was in Europe and she couldn't help us. We tried calling several times but they would just hang up, then stopped answering completely.. Frustrated we filled the claim with our bank, and immediately received the funds. One week later we received what looked like the same sweatshirt, with some red stickers, telling us that there were stains on the sweatshirt, and that they would be glad to exchange it if we sent back one without stains. I can't tell you how mad I was in words, because it wouldn't be G rated, but you know what I'm saying. The sweatshirt that was sent back, who knows if it's the same one, it didn't have tags, and the one we sent had all the tags. My theory is since we complained about the bad customer service from Carrie, and the person that answered one of our calls, Carrie was trying to get back at us by being a B, we tried calling again, and as usual it rings and goes to a busy signal, they know our numbers, so they don't answer. I called my bank again so that they would know the what had transpired, they made notations on our account. Now, I say to you, if your ever in Ouray, do NOT buy at this place, don't even bother, you will regret it as I have. Thi is by far the worst customer service and experience I've ever encountered, DO NOT BUY at this store.
