Incredibly rude and disrespectful!!!! ***PLEASE NOTE: The pictures were put in backwards so you will have to start from the last picture and work your way back. ---------- Extremely poor customer service from the start -- calls weren't returned promptly, appointments were delayed, and communication was inconsistent for weeks. Initial measurements and estimates were incorrect, covering areas I didn't request and containing pricing and material discrepancies not in my favor. Proposal included nearly 300 sq ft of unnecessary turf (over $800 in waste), which I was expected to pay for despite it not being used. Multiple follow-ups over several weeks were ignored or met with excuses (system issues, personal matters, travel), causing major delays and frustration. After giving them repeated chances while prepared to spend $10K+, the proposal was still wrong and communication ultimately stopped altogether.

Horrible SOD, Abysmal service…read more My honest review after giving them a chance to make it right. First, they were 1/2 day late on delivery on a Monday. Sod looked dried, like it was cut days before. Installers did a horrible job. Aside from not coming until after 3, they took 2 days to install only 5500 sq ft. Things they did wrong: they left big gaps, didn't bother cutting holes 5-6 sprinkler heads, other than token watering before leaving the first night, didn't bother watering until after 1pm the next day, ignored zones when installing preventing use of sprinkler system, walked all over sod during install even laying sod in order to use as a solid path for cart, and installed parallel with slope rather than perpendicular. Contacted company day after expressing concerns. I was assured that it would come back and look great after a couple weeks, and if not to contact them. I gave them 5 weeks. Some places look OK, not great. Some places still look brown and awful, with most lines still readily apparent and discoloration all over. I've attempted to contact them for the last 4 days but they won't respond. Sadly, I didn't save money over other bids to go with phillips turf farm. It was just convenient that the bundled install. So disappointed. They don't stand by their work at all.
